Cozy apartment centrally located in Åre

Welcome to our centrally located apartment in Åre of 43 sqm. Here you have fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, two separate bedrooms of which one in the loft with double bed, and one with two separate beds. You are walking distance to the ski slopes, and live at the same time in the middle of the village with proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The train station is right across the street and the house is reached from there in less than 5 minutes. Departure cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are not included, in line with Swedish standards, see below.

Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140 cm double bed in sleeping loft. The price includes bedlinen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years (or in parent's party) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two kids or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Central modern apartment with 3 bedrooms, 8 beds but suitable for 6 people, combined kitchen/living room. 2 private car parking spaces! Toilet with shower and washing machine, drying cabinet in the hall. Fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi, TV and Chromecast. 2 Ski lockers outside the door. Cleaning is included via a cleaning company. Bed linens and towels are not included. NOTE! - Rented out weekly Sunday to Sunday Note: 30-year limit applies to all residents of the apartment, or families with children - according to BRF's rules for a peaceful residence.

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Central top floor, proximity to EVERYTHING

The apartment is centrally located in Åre with magnificent views of Åre village and Åresjön. It is close to everything, 100 meters to the gondola, the toilet lift and the VM6. Åre square is just a stone's throw down to the right. Very well-equipped and comfortable apartment. Spacious lockable ski shed. Possibility to rent parking is just outside. Welcome!
