Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very centrally located in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

The accommodation is a private basement, the host lives on the upper floor. There is kitchenware, a kitchenette and coffee maker as well as a fireplace. With us, you stay in a newly produced apartment close to ski and bike lifts (about 200 meters). Outside, there are trails and paths for running, biking and cross-country skiing and a newly built outdoor gym. With us, the details are carefully selected with remote-controlled curtains from Luxaflex, details from Klong and Superfront and kitchen equipment from e.g. Global, Dualit, Le Creuset and Zwilling
