It's a private property that has recently been completely refurbished, therefore we can offer our Guests a small yet modern & cozy ambiance. Our Rooms for Rent has its own private garden overlooking the “Firmafede” Castle, a stunning view. Passing through the “Porta Romana” you will see the first shops and enjoy some pleasant time at the bars, restaurants close by.

Situata in una zona tranquilla, con supermercato, farmacia, pasticceria e bar a 5 minuti a piedi, offre anche parcheggio gratuito in strada. Una base ideale per visitare il Golfo dei Poeti, le Cinque Terre, Portovenere e la Versilia. La spiaggia è raggiungibile in 10 minuti in bici o 3 minuti in auto.

In un bosco privato di pini e lecci, canfore e corbezzoli, tra rosmarini e oleandri, una casa su tre livelli indipendenti, progettata e costruita negli anni '60 dall'architetto Luisa Castiglioni secondo canoni modernisti, si apre alla vista sulla foce del fiume Magra e sulle Alpi Apuane imbiancate dal marmo. La casa è raggiungibile solo a piedi: si parcheggia nell'area interna alla proprietà, vicino all'orto e, attraverso un centinaio di gradini tra gli alberi, si raggiunge l'abitazione.
