The house is renovated, at the same time it retains a traditional style. Spaces are comfortable, clean and well cared for. The stay is comfortable for 7 people. The equipment in the house (appliances, linens, etc.) is complete. The yard of the house is great. The house is very well located, close to Potamos village. The neighborhood of the house is quiet and welcoming. Zacharias was very helpful, hospitable and available, everything we needed we had.

Everything we saw on the page responds to what we found when we arrived. George was very friendly he gave us several suggestions about the island, the room was excellent , clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved staying in this charming apartment. I kept extending to eventually stay for two weeks. Valentini was extremely accommodating and understanding that I didn’t want to leave :) Beautiful architectural features, minimal interior design and colour palette all make for a very calm and enjoyable space. Everything was perfectly clean and curated, Olivia amenities and coco mat bedding. Fans keep everything cool and breezy in summer heat. The kitchen has everything you need. Can cook whilst overlooking terracotta rooftops. The bathroom is a lovely large space with the best filtered shower head. Parking is extremely easy in the square. You’ll of course need a car on Kythira to drive to beaches and restaurants and towns. Would very much love to stay again.

The beach house is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn't be any better! We were 2 adults 3 children (under 6) the house allowed enough room with the back yard to not feel to small. The back yard is massive with space to sit, BBQ and for the kids to play. The only thing I would like to say is that all of the rooms are completely separate with their own external doors. This meant we had to split and sleep in separate rooms with the children to avoid them escaping. The beach is perfect and the only sandy one on the island. The sea is shallow and wave free for the kids to play all day long. We loved it and there is nothing that even comes close to it on the island Thank you!

Absolutely great place to stay. Exactly thought out, clean, scented. The "Hobbit" floor and more than our kids loved it. Maximum storage, spacious rooms and cozy at the same time. There's nothing to complain about. We can highly recommend it to everyone. Irina and her husband are very warm, the hosts are in the right place. Helpful and incredibly kind. Their homemade syrup and marmalade, which we received with a gift, among other things, was excellent. Difficult to leave. Thank you!

Mr. Yannis is a great host and person. He helped us with everything we needed and was very conversational. We learned several historical facts about the village where the accommodation is located. We wish him all the best!

Our experience was amazing, we loved the island, the village and Zetas stylish house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful time and at a central part of the island. The host was always available and always offered great recommendations
