Brand new loft with Mediterranean charm inspired by the 1960s. All white except for the blue of the sea. Located on a hill 35 meters above sea level. Mediterranean and mild climate 10 months a year. 2 double bedrooms and a suite. 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, toasters, etc. Large living room with ocean views. Satellite TV and AppleTV. It has a fire extinguisher. 30 minutes from the heart of Barcelona, 70 minutes from Cadaqués, and 1.15 from the Pyrenees. A one-minute walk to the beach, whose 5 km are still accompanied by a promenade where you can run or cycle without car traffic. The train station is 250 meters away. Trains run every 10 minutes The Sierra del Montnegre and its location in the center of the Catalan coast mean that neither the Tramontana winds of the north nor the Mistral winds of the south reach this region. A villa that is part of the Catalan modernist circuit, where Domenech i Montaner had his studio and buildings still in perfect condition. The Castle of Santa Florentina located in the Villa hosts classical music concerts in the summer. Canet de Mar, a seaside town, honors traditional festivities that take place in the streets during the summer months. Canet de Mar is a quiet and peaceful village with faithful tourism. Apartment in front of the beach and in the center of town, ideal for a nice vacation by the sea. It's 1 minute from the train station. You have stores, bars, etc. just 5 minutes away. The apartment does not have an elevator. You have to climb stairs to the 5th floor with a final spiral section. You can enjoy the fantastic views and the beach. Tourist tax of €1.75 per person per day. The tourist tax must be paid by bank transfer or Bizum before the stay.
