Villa holiday rentals in Arès

Very nice villa in an excellent location in Grand Piquey. Spectacular garden with many different secluded areas where everyone finds their place not only on a sunny day. We also enjoyed the pool and the well-equipped kitchen. The hosts are very responsive without being intrusive. We recommend this location wholeheartedly. Thanks for the opportunity to stay there.

We had a great extended weekend at Elena & Yohann's house. It's really close to the train station, and we were able to do everything on foot (shops, supermarket and bakeries nearby) or by train (trip to Arcachon and the dune). The house is very well equipped, comfortable, tastefully furnished and faithful to the photos. We were able to enjoy the outdoors and walk near the nearby small port or on the coastal path (very beautiful sunset). Elena, Yohann and their loved ones were very responsive and accommodating from start to finish. Great stay!

House ideally placed for visiting the region, Bordeaux, Bassin d 'Arcachon and Lacanau ocean, vineyards. The house is very good as the pictures.

Excellent rental with very good hospitality. Ideal location in summer, for the beach but a little far from shops (bike or car essential). The only complaint about the house that could be made is the narrow spiral staircase to access the lower floor.

Emmanuel was a great host and even organized an aperitif for our arrival at our request – a great mood for the coming days. The surroundings are simply stunning and invite you to relax and explore. Very nice villa, a few minutes walk from the beach and a children's wooden playground; perfectly true to the photos and description. Impeccable clean, very comfortable bedding, very quiet environment. Communication was very easy and Jennyfer is very responsive and available. The pool was heated but the outdoor temperatures of the previous days did not allow for more than 24 degrees in the water. A very pleasant stay, we are delighted.

Second time at Sophie's, and always a treat to be in this charming Arcachon house. Sophie is always flexible with schedules and is really very appreciable... Never two without three 😉

With friends for 3 days, we enjoyed a spacious house, with decor as pleasant inside as outside. The kitchen equipment is sufficient to accommodate 12 people. House very well located, close to beaches and shops Bertrand was flexible with arrival and departure times, which made the whole group happy. Our hosts have provided us with booklets of excellent advice

This is a truly stunning property in a gorgeous part of SW France. The pool/deck area is particularly outstanding - the photos look almost too good to be true but it really is that perfect - and even larger than we thought. Travelled as an extended family and found the property to have plenty of space indoors and out. The master suite is very large, there are 2 other large double rooms and 2 standard double rooms in the middle of the house. Inside everything is immaculate and the decor is quirky and charming. The house is set well back from the road on a very quiet street. The hosts were friendly, helpful and very attentive. Would love to return to this charming town. Yannick and Florence recommend a local bicycle supplier who will drop off and pick up bicycles at your convenience - this is a must as there is a gorgeous cycle path very close by which leads directly to the stunning white sand beach at Le Grand Crohot.

The accommodation is a dream, we were able to relax very well. The pool was loved by the children above all. Aude is a lovely hostess, communication always worked very well.

Thanks so much to Sophie and her husband for letting us stay in their amazing apartment. Everything was clean, orderly and well presented. We stayed with our 6 month baby and enjoyed using the pool and having the space to ‘parent abroad’. We also really appreciated the local recommendations. The only thing that could have made it better was the weather (unfortunately it was cloudy / a little rainy all week!) - bad luck and obviously no fault of Sophie’s!
