Right next to Republic Square, this large 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is a comfortable base for families, groups, or anyone coming to Yerevan for work. You’ll have three separate bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a proper desk setup, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and two private open terraces — not something you find often in the very center of the city. Step outside and you’re just moments from the Singing Fountains, restaurants, cafés, the metro, and a nearby Carrefour market.

Forget about your worries in this spacious, secluded accommodation. It's very easy to get to the house. In the courtyard, in summer, it's quiet and very pleasant to spend time. The supermarket is 500 meters away, the main road to Lake Sevan is 500 meters away, and the center can be reached by taxi in 7-10 minutes for $2.5-4. If guests wish, guided or unguided tours can be arranged, and a cook can be called to prepare barbecue on the grill (this is very tasty and convenient).

Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Yeritasardakan metro station. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.
