Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Trin is idyllic and quiet, yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/biking and climbing area at mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is 15 minutes away.

In the winter you can ski in and out of the house. For the little kids there is a free bus stop to get to the lift. The Summer in Flims is exiting, sporty and healthy. Our house is right on the piste of Flims/Laax. The place has a fantastic view across Flims that never bores. It's a short walk to the village. In the winter there is also a free bus. In the village you can do the shopping or have dinner in the best restaurants. The house is fully equipped. In the garage is space for two cars.

Vacation home in the countryside

The unique, south-facing 4.5-room vacation home is located on an alpine pasture, 820 m above sea level, not far from the villages of Sagogn, Flims and Laax. Due to its unique and secluded location, you can enjoy absolute peace, relaxation and pure nature here. In the early morning hours you can watch chamois, deer and other wild animals from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine Gorge. The golf course is also not far.

Our cozy and private apartment is idyllically located on the outskirts of the village and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The bus stop with connections to the ski slopes of Flims/Laax in one direction and to Chur in the other direction is only a 2 to 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is modern, comfortable and cozily furnished, with lots of wood, large windows and natural materials that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Relax in this unique Rifugio. In 2020, a totally renovated 2 1/2-room apartment, whose interior design was completely redesigned. Converted into a loft with the finest materials (Valser granite, chateau parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, designer fittings). With a protected patio and garden. Sunny, quiet location. Private entrance, sauna in the annex. Ski in, ski out or ski bus can be reached in three minutes.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests.
