If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Bienvenue à Belmas, perché à 700 mètres d’altitude, au cœur de la Montagne Noire. Là, le temps ralentit, la nature apaise, et la forêt alentour invite à la sérénité. Les deux gîtes à votre disposition, rénovés avec soin dans une ferme abbatiale du XVIIe siècle, peuvent accueillir jusqu’à 20 personnes. Profitez de la piscine, laissez-vous bercer par le chant des oiseaux, respirez l’air pur : c’est l’endroit rêvé pour se retrouver, se reposer, partager de bons repas, et simplement profiter.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Located in the heart of Minervois, in the historic center of the village of Caunes Minervois, Maison 5 is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation peacefully. It is an invitation to the sweetness of life. Close to the medieval city of Carcassonne, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and 40 minutes from the first beaches of the Mediterranean, it is perfect as a base for visits to the region. It can also be used as a stopover during a business trip due to its functionality.

We will be pleased to welcome you to this unique and quiet place, located at the foot of the ramparts, a stone's throw from the city center and with access to all amenities, in the heart of the tourist district. Recently restored and equipped with all amenities, also a jacuzzi, you can enjoy a real moment of relaxation with stunning views of the Medieval City of Carcassonne. Occupancy is 4 people. Reservation is possible for 2 or more people.

Ideally located between lake and river, it will be perfect for enjoying nature, fishing, hiking but also visiting the essentials of our region: the city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the castles of Lastours and many others.
