Vous n'aurez qu'à traverser la rue pour avoir accès au train qui vous mènera en moins de 15 minutes à Paris gare du nord (ligne H) et 10 minutes du Stade de France. L'appartement donne sur un jardin arboré. Aucun vis à vis. Il n'y a aucune nuisance sonore dûe à la proximité de la gare. Vous serez en plein coeur d'Enghien, à proximité de la gare, tout en étant vraiment au calme dans un écrin de verdure.

Mais paradoxalement cet élégant logement très lumineux pourrait se révéler être un havre de paix où l’on peut se détendre au calme. À peine sorti du train que vous pouvez attraper Gare Saint Lazare ou du tramway (T2) à partir du Centre de La Défense, par exemple, en 2 ou 3 minutes vous voilà à la maison. Le parking est payant dans la rue, mais on peut garer gratuitement dans certaines rues adjacentes.
