The flat is very clean and tidy, good and convenient location 5 min walk to railway station and ferry terminal. The building is in the centre of Oban yet the flat is very quiet. Lorraine is a very caring host, she came to the flat to make sure we arrived and to check do we have any problem with her flat. She also allowed us to use the private car park till afternoon after we checked out. I definite recommend her property and I myself will definite book and stay in her flat for the next visit to Oban.

Our stay at John and Eleanor’s flat was very relaxing and comfortable. It was ideally situated for a walk along the seawall into town to go for meals or just to see the sights. It was a very quiet place to stay and was spotless upon our arrival. If I were someday to return to Largs, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Thanks for hosting us, Cheers!

A stunning apartment which had everything you can need. Clean and modern with an unreal view of an evening sunset. Huge thanks to Megan who was extremely helpful and at the end of the phone when needed. Will 100% be staying again. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at Emma and Steven's apartment. It was spotless, cosy and fully equipped for a relaxing break. We really liked the location, with great walks nearby and Oban just a short drive away. Be sure to visit the newly reopened Taynuilt Inn at the end of the road - a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

We were delighted with the our stay in this Airbnb. The flat is beautiful, and the view overlooking the harbour is just perfect. We found that we had everything that we required for our stay in the flat. The location is ideal for all the amenities, 4 tea rooms on the street below. The weather was absolutely gorgeous which added to our enjoyment of our stay in Rothesay.

This apartment had amazing views of the harbor and was very close to shopping, many restaurants and the ferry pier. Robert met us at the flat to show us around and make sure we had all we needed. This flat had lots of space and lots of amenities, we wish our stay here could have been longer! I will be recommending this flat to other friends and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Oban. Thanks Robert!

Location was great for accessing anything downtown Oban by foot. Everything was very clean & most anything we needed was provided.

We had such a great time -- I highly recommend staying here if visiting Oban. The apartment has had a lot of care put into making it feel like a home. The kitchen is fully functional, the beds are comfortable, and we appreciated the washing machine (and dryer, which is rare for an airbnb!). The outside patio has an amazing view of town, the islands to the west and the sunset. Anuschka and Axel are great hosts and provided some starter groceries because of our late arrival on the train and greeted us when we arrived. And the location in town is excellent -- groceries, cafes, restaurants, the bookstore, the green-roof seafood shack and the Oban distillery are all walkable within about 5 minutes. Overall highly recommended.

What a fabulous place to stay. So much to discover. Loved the single track road to Oban, especially spending time just watching the highland cows and calves. Oban itself was wonderful and had The Best Fish and Chip shop ever!!! (As recommended by Rick Stein). The grounds of Lonan house were superb and led to many varied walks. The apartment was a real home from home. Glencoe is only a stones throw away and although we didn’t get to visit Mull or Kererra the majesty of these islands brings tears to my eyes when I stand and observe them from the harbour in Oban. After a week in the bosom of Lonan House we genuinely did not want to leave. Thank you to Elaine and Malcolm for all the little extra touches that made us and our two little dogs feel so welcome.

The small flat was perfect for our 3 night stay en route from Tarbert to Loch Lomond We came well prepared for there being no kitchen but were very happy with the small fridge kettle microwave and toaster. Lovely views of Crinnon Canal and 2 great supermarkets short walk away so no shortage of food. Johnny checked up that we had no problems and we appreciated the 11 O’clock check out .

We loved this beautiful place, so peaceful and stunning. The dog was the real winner! I love how this beautiful place comes with a very special furry friend. We’ve traveled a lot but never had a wonderful experience like this one. Thank you Michael for letting us playing with your dog 🐶 We are missing him already!

Wow wow wow what a place, this apartment is beautiful and spacious absolutely perfect, it has everything and more ! The views wow ! You could have sat at the window in any room and watch the world go by. I am finding it hard to put into words how beautiful this apartment was… step out your door and you are onto the stunning front of Oban, this is a brilliant located property especially if you have a disability, easy access with a lift, as soon as you walk in you can see it is well cared for ( fresh flowers in entrance and a lovely smell throughout). Nice welcome package upon arrival, lovely bedding, good comfortable beds, towels, lovely carpet under your feet just wonderful. We will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends, thank you for making our holiday extra special 😊

Really beautiful location and lots of helpful hints. Everything you need is here, really useful to have private parking. It was a busy weekend while we were there and we really didn’t notice any road noise that others have commented on. And plenty of towels which sometimes I feel are rationed!

Beautiful apartment, completely spotless with great toiletries and amazing welcome gifts, it had everything I could ever have needed. Really hope to be back.

We had a wonderful stay for New Years in the Woodpecker room. It was much larger than expected and was great to age a space for our baby to play. There is no kitchen, but the small fridge and kettle was welcome. Lots of good places to eat nearby. We also used the pool close by and the sauna was very welcome given the very cold weather. Views and location beautiful as you’d expect in the area. We would love to come back in the future.

We came to Arran for a golf trip. Four aspiring golfers in our fifties. Claire’s place had ample space for us all, was well provisioned with books and games and the kitchen had everything we needed, It’s nicely appointed and makes you feel like you are on holiday by the sea. The shop and coffee shop next door was brilliant and stocked with great local and high end products. Overall great place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! It was even prettier than the pictures, the view was amazing, and it was super clean and easy to use. That hot tub was a great bonus. We loved it and can't wait to come back. Such a peaceful place to stay at!

We stayed 1 night in Woodlands, but it could certainly have been more. The room was very spacious and tidy. It was handy that a food truck was present. A surprise was that we could use the wellness of a nearby hotel.

Highly recommend staying more than just a single night! While getting there by public transport can be a bit tricky and the nearest shop is 45 minutes away, the experience is absolutely worth it. The remote setting makes for a peaceful and unforgettable stay.

Sue was very proactive and provided exact instructions for getting to the property. The apartment was in a lovely location by the water and near brilliant history like Kilmartin Glen.
