The Pavilion

The Pavilion is set in gorgeous lawns and gardens just a 10 minute stroll along the Karamu Stream to the vibrant village of Havelock North. Designed by Pete Bossley, one of New Zealand's top architects, The Pavilion is a delightful example of small space living with an expansive feel. We are pet friendly and guests are most welcome to use the shared swimming pool located about 50m away. Breakfast provisions are included. We run a yoga studio on the property with daily classes.

Cabin life in the country

2 cabins side by side with a forever changing view. Peace and quiet in the country to relax and unwind with family or friends. Each cabin is identical with a queen size bed, fridge, microwave and tv. There’s a spa pool between the 2 cabins. A bbq to cook your dinner on. The ablution block consists of a shower and toilet which is 10 metres away from the cabins . Attached is an outside sink to wash any dishes. There’s also a gym to use which is free to guests.

Olive cottage in Hawkes Bay

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. A new cottage, beautifully located in the picturesque Tuki Tuki valley. The cottage is rural and looking to our sunny north towards Napier with gorgeous views, but private and quiet. We are close to our Hawkes Bay wineries, the cycling trails and ocean beach. Only 15 minutes drive from Havelock North and 20 minutes drive to Napier and Hastings. This is in our Olive orchard, a lovely relaxing area to enjoy the Hawkes Bay.
