The key feature of our home is its location. It has been designed with centuries-old forests where you can sit and watch the mountains, storm valley and stream. The sound of the waterfall, where the river and rivers flowing on both sides of the house are formed, will accompany you at any moment.

Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

It is a heavenly place where you can rest your head in a quiet, peaceful environment on the edge of the Kameni creek. While watching nature in the garden of the area where you are staying, you can have breakfast and enjoy the bbq with the sound of the flowing immaculate stream. During the summer months, you can swim in fresh water and watch the trout. We are waiting for all our guests with plenty of oxygen, hiking hiking trails and only the wonderful nature you can see on the postcards.

Honestly, the cottage is very beautiful and Elias and his wife Fatima are kind and explained to us all the details of the cottage and we found a water spring near the cottage, its taste is fresh and delicious. I recommend the cottage because it is very private and has everything you need.

The Yemeni Bakil was very, very, very excellent, and very cooperative, and everything we needed was provided to us. May God bless him and help us with everything. Ideal plase if you need rest from the city noise. It’s not too far from Batumi and it’s easy to get there by taxi if you’re travelling without a car. The house is cozy and the place itself is quiet. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and the sound of birds is like a sound therapy. The host family is responsive and warm. Amazingly tasty food. Good internet. Great place for emotional reset. Highly recommend 👍

No review or photo can truly capture the beauty of this place—it exceeded all expectations. Set atop a peaceful hill, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, mountains, and fields. The sunsets are stunning from every room, and the large balcony is perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. The home is spotless, well-equipped with a stovetop, washing machine, kitchen essentials, a coffee filter machine, and a tea setup. The jacuzzi on the second floor with its amazing view is a standout feature. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious homemade Turkish breakfast delivered with warmth and care—a true highlight. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Managed by a lovely family who clearly take pride in their home, this place felt both welcoming and luxurious. We’d return in a heartbeat.
