La Source – Solignac, Tence

Lovingly renovated apartment in our 17 century French farm, with a private entrance and courtyard garden. La Source offers an open plan 18m2 living area with a fully equipped hand-crafted kitchen, dining table, and sofa bed. The bedroom is 22m2, with a hand-built bespoke double bed and a single daybed, Smart TV, armchair, hanging space and chest of drawers. There is a wide corridor and a bathroom with a shower. Off road parking, free secure wifi, garden furniture and a BBQ. Open all year.

The house is about 1.5 hours from Lyon, Grenoble, Valence and Saint-Etienne. It is located in the middle of nature at almost 1000 meters above sea level. ON SITE: hiking trails, mountain bike path; a few meters away: equestrian center, swimming, fishing. 30 min from the highway (Valence).

Admirez la vue sur la forêt, le château de Piégros, les montagnes et le ciel étoilé la nuit. Plongez vous dans un bain chaud fumant, bercé par le bruit de la forêt : les hiboux, les chevreuils… Le bain nordique n’est pas disponible en été à cause des risques d’incendie.
