Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

After renovating the castle of Candeze dating from 1480, located in one of the most beautiful villages in France, we rehabilitated the lower part of the castle, to make it an apartment of 100 m2 with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Calm,rest,freshness awaits you at the interior or ancient paving, stone vault,old doors, antique furniture create the decor. Spacious apartment with a large family room. You will have access to a large adjoining park.

Clairseine - Beautiful cottage on the Seine river

La Lanterne is a bright and light-filled loft type cottage (50 m2) located in Normandy, in a beautiful grounds of a large house on the banks of the Seine at Tournedos-sur-Seine (a quiet village four kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil). The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.
