Family-friendly holiday rentals in Arlington

This home was a little more than others we considered but you get what you pay for. It was so nicely furnished, comfortable, and clean. The location was great, close to markets and restaurants. We were close to the most popular things to see and do but since we had little ones, we could drive very easily. There is a playground right across the street. We could also park right across the street or around the corner. Liza responded promptly to questions and was very easy to communicate with. The guys enjoyed the rooftop and the view was amazing! We are a family of five adults, one child and baby. I highly recommend this home and we certainly hope to stay here again. You will be pleased with this choice.

Eric is an amazing host and person! Super friendly when it came to using the amenities and made us feel at home. Has great recommendations for food and local attractions. Beautiful property to walk around or just sit outside! Overall a 10/10 experience while staying at Eric’s home, couldn’t have asked for a better host for our weekend!

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

This was a very great find. Affordable for the part of the city we were in. Lots of energy and activity around the area, with plenty of places to eat/drink within a few block radius. Close to everything you need to be close to downtown. Easy check-in process. Beautiful, clean apartment. All in all, a wonderful spot to stay.

Very spacious and comfortable. It is a resort facility with lots of amenities. Worked great.

I normally don't like hotels, but the Wyndam is delightful. Right in the middle of the inner harbor, with great staff and a great room. A great place to stay in the pandemic. Sparkling clean, and the staff goes out of its way to keep you safe. We quarantined here to get away from home and the space was large and the bathtub was delightful. Lots of takeout in the area!

A fantastic find in a perfect neighborhood! The bed was super comfortable, and the space felt incredibly homey. It’s easily accessible by both bus and metro, and the walk from the metro was genuinely enjoyable thanks to the lovely atmosphere. Chris went above and beyond with his recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We tried a few, including Beau Thai, which was absolutely delightful! The BnB is located right behind the Smithsonian Zoo, which was a fun bonus. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this place enough for your DC trip!

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Milian’s place. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Milian was also very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. The location is excellent: a walkable neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Thank you for being a great host, Milian!

David's place was great for a night in town on business when hotels were booked and rates were high during a busy time in DC. Reasonable rate and a spacious, well-equipped place between the Dupont Circle and U Street corridor neighborhoods. Very safe area with lots of restaurants and bars neaby. Would book again.

I really enjoyed staying here. It is a peaceful place that is located in a lovely area. I felt perfectly safe staying there on my own. I found it very easy to get to Georgetown or Dupont Circle using Lime bikes and scooters, which were always available nearby. The apartment stayed very cool on hot summer days, and I didn’t even need to use the AC most days. The hosts are very kind, considerate, helpful, and available. I would definitely stay here again!

Julia is an excellent host! She kept good communication before, during and right after our stay. Her unit is a very comfortable place to stay -- she kept the place clean and well decorated, and provides everything that can make a staying away from home convenient. We enjoyed staying there very much! I would highly recommend it to others -- ideal for a family.

Scott was very easy to work with. provided check in and check instructions multiple days in advance. home was clean and neighbors were quiet. we didn't do any cooking but kitchen was well equipped if we had needed it. beds were comfy and clean. plenty of toilet paper, towels and paper towels. washer and dryer with laundry pods a definite plus! we were so close to the metro station and a few stores. the place was prefect for us and the hosts are very responsive. you must must must eat at Omar's. it's absolutely delicious and super close to the house! we honestly had the best food every place we ate. Breakfast at Matt and Tony's is a must but get a reservation. baked and wired cupcakes are delicious. thankfully we walked a lot!! thank you for opening your home. it was great trip and having a nice place to come home to each night made it better.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Very very comfortable, immaculately clean and has everything you’ll need. Feels like home from day one and the off street parking was awesome. Very quiet neighbourhood and home. 🏠 every aspect of this home is designed for comfort. The outdoor space is very nice and the lights are on a timer to go on and go off. The high quality linens make you feel like you are in a luxury villa along with the quality furnishings. Easy check was just one more of the best parts of this Airbnb. You’ll not regret staying here, we loved it.

Great apartment, exactly as advertised. Plenty of nearby restaurants, super convenient to Georgetown, and Metro stop is only 10 minutes walk away. Loved it!

We had a great time and parked right in front of the apartment. After I stood there and held the spot for our big truck. Lol took my hubby an hour to get back to me but I remained standing for him to park and not letting anyone else park there 🤣🤣🤣🤣 place was great. Thanks!

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

Greg's place is perfect for a stay in DC, close to 2 metro stops and plenty of restaurants within a few blocks walk. The space is comfortable and has all the amenities one could need. The apartment is charming with exposed brick walls and you have access to a rooftop deck. Greg sent clear and detailed instructions for parking (small additional fee), access to the apartment and he was communicative thru out our stay. We had a wonderful, if short, stay and would happily stay again in the future.

Fantastic immunities! Restaurants, Dunkins and Starbucks downstairs. Whole Foods and Costco around the corner! Some heavy construction going on next door, but the windows were basically soundproof! AC compressor a little loud in the second bedroom for anybody who is a light sleeper, but neither affected our ability to enjoy our stay at Tom’s place. Don’t forget to check out the amenities on the rooftop deck! Beautiful sunrise and sunsets!

We had a fantastic stay at Jacob and Mark’s apartment!The location is absolutely perfect. Very quiet, but within walking distance to great restaurants, and a perfect base for anything you want to do in D.C. .Only a 2-minute walk to Trader Joe’s, extremely convenient for breakfast. The apartment itself was super comfortable,spotless clean, very quiet, had a very comfy bed, and the kitchen had everything one would need, including a coffee maker(bring your own coffee). One of the best perks is access to Balance Gym, a couple of blocks away which includes a lap pool and a real hot sauna-such a rare and awesome bonus! We visited over the weekend and were lucky enough to find free parking right around the corner. This place truly checks all the boxes. We’d definitely return. If it is available, you’re in luck, book it! Communication with the hosts was also great. All around 5 stars.

Wonderful stay at Greg’s place in DC. Great location. Clean and perfectly situated location. Communication with Greg was very prompt and helpful. Greg is very accommodating. We enjoyed and hope to be back one day.
