It is completely separated, has one bedroom, one bathroom, family room and huge kitchen. It has washer/dryer, TV/Internet and AC/heating units in each room. Second bed onetime fee is $40. Parking permit is available upon request. No parties. No additional cleaning fees. The entrance is downstairs with narrow steps with a twist.
