We enjoyed our stay at Segolene's place very much. It was comfortable and the surroundings -- estate, pool, gym, sauna -- were very peaceful. The town surrounding the estate, as others have mentioned, does not have much going on. We went out to Arras (about 30 min. drive) to go out to eat one day. We enjoyed both the pool and sauna during our stay. Segolene's communication was great at check-in and during our stay. We had one mishap before we arrived where our booking was accidentally cancelled, apparently by Airbnb, and the communication there between Segolene's cohost and Airbnb Support was very unclear and confusing to us. But, all was solved as we were able to rebook on the phone with Airbnb. One other thing that did not work so well for us was the internet in the apartment - we needed to use our hotspot to stream movies and it would not be suitable for working if you needed to do so. But we had basic service otherwise.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad! Prachtige omgeving tussen de velden, ideaal om tot rust te komen en bovendien een heerlijke plek voor onze twee dochters om zich uit te leven in de tuin. Tijdens ons verblijf is er een lammetje geboren, dus dat was voor onze dochters helemaal leuk. 😊

Un véritable havre de paix ! Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce logement d’exception. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par des hôtes d’une grande gentillesse, disponibles et attentionnés. Le logement est tout simplement magnifique : une piscine privée splendide, un jacuzzi haut de gamme, et une décoration soignée jusque dans les moindres détails. Tout est pensé pour le confort et la détente. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très bien équipées, et décorées avec goût ; la literie est confortable! Cerise sur le gâteau : Un extérieur très agréable et relaxant, ainsi que deux petits chats adorables qui viennent ajouter une touche encore plus chaleureuse à l’ambiance. Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer en toute tranquillité. Nous repartons avec l’envie de revenir très vite, et vœu exaucé, nous revenons la semaine prochaine! 😁 Merci encore pour tout 🙏 (et petite mention pour les cocktails offerts 🍹)!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze vakantiewoning! Het is een superleuke plek met een groot zwembad. Daarnaast was er een aparte ruimte met een pooltafel, darts en een bar, ideaal voor wie ’s avonds nog gezellig wilde napraten of wat muziek wilde luisteren. Een groot pluspunt was dat deze ruimte wat verder weg van de huisjes lag. Zo konden degenen die al vroeger wilden gaan slapen rustig genieten, zonder last te hebben van het lawaai. Verder was het ook erg leuk dat er pony’s en paarden aan de woning grensden. Het gaf meteen een gezellige, landelijke sfeer en de kinderen vonden het geweldig om de dieren te zien. Al met al een topvakantie gehad!

Zeer ruim huis, ideaal voor een vriendengroep. De slaapkamers zijn heel ruim en proper, ook zeker voldoende badkamers. We kwamen niets tekort, basiszaken zoals keukenhanddoeken, olie en koffie zijn aanwezig. Er was ook een bedje, stoel en speeltjes voor onze baby voorzien. Het was wel vrij fris in huis en het lukte ons niet om de verwarming aan te krijgen, maar we konden ons 's avonds verwarmen aan de haard. We hebben genoten van ons weekendje weg!

Une parenthèse de bien-être vraiment appréciée ! La nuitée avec spa a été une belle expérience : endroit calme, propre et très bien aménagé. Le spa était prêt à notre arrivée, parfait pour se détendre en toute intimité. Tout était pensé pour le confort, et l’accueil a été très agréable. On repart reposés et ravis !

Frank was a super host nothing was to much trouble. Responded immediately to any questions. Extremely helpful and well deserved title of super host. House was lovely swimming pool superb well maintained at all times. Very peaceful. Lovely touches like baby bath potty travel cot. The property was large and spacious we were a group of 6 adults 2 small children and plenty big enough for us. Lovely out side furniture. Utility room was a real bonus. Lovey blinds on windows which kept the sun out during the day. Good parking we had 3 cars and fitted perfect. Not to far from supermarkets. We took our Labrador’s and they loved it. There a lovely big willow tree in the garden which became there favourite place in the sun. We would definitely return

Het is een prachtig huis, alles is perfect en werkt ook perfect. We hebben enorm genoten van onze paar dagen in dit paradijsje.

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

Wonderful place with great restaurants nearby & nice surroundings. Laundromat very close by, too, if needed. Pay careful attention to the parking instructions. We had a great stay & would love to return.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans cette superbe maison décorée avec soin.... Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait à disposition, et L'hôte nous a même fait la gentillesse de nous laisser quelques surprises ! Merci beaucoup !

A superb stay in the heart of Ypres This delightful townhouse offered the perfect base for our visit to Ypres. Ideally located just moments from the Menin Gate, it was not only comfortable and spacious, but also superbly hosted by Tibo, who welcomed us with an unexpected and generous array of gifts – including beer, wine, biscuits, and chocolate. Our group of eight made full use of the modern amenities and relaxed atmosphere, which allowed us to explore the region with ease and return each day to a shared living space, unlike the divided experience of hotel rooms. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again and highly recommend it as a warm, characterful alternative to the more impersonal local hotels.

Nous avons passé une nuit au calme dans ce joli appartement :)

Nous avons profité en famille de la très jolie maison de Morgan pendant quelques jours. Les photos sont tout à fait fidèles à la réalité. Une déco magnifique et une propreté impeccable. Le quartier est très calme et nous avons apprécié la proximité du métro. La communication avec Morgan a été super et nous avons apprécié toutes les petites attentions laissées à notre disposition dans la maison. Les petits bémols si vous voyagez avec un enfant : - L’escalier n’est pas sécurisé - Absence de volet/rideau occultant dans la chambre bébé assez gênant d’autant plus que les lampadaires restent allumés toute la nuit. En dehors de ces détails tout était parfait.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. L'endroit était paisible et le logement était confortable. Nous recommandons ce logement si vous souhaitez vous reposer dans un cadre paisible et verdoyant.

Très joli gîte décorer avec goût. Les prestations sont top 👌 Hôte très réactif avec des explications claires. Le logement est parfait pour un moment en amoureux et de détente. Très calme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Sauna, bain balnéo, accessoires à disposition si vous voulez pimenter votre séjour 😉 lit fait à l'arrivée et vraiment confortable, serviettes à disposition .... Merci pour la bouteille de pétillant 😉 Logement propre 👍 rien à dire ! Bon rapport qualité/prix Je recommande vivement !

La ferme du Petit Flot, lieu idyllique ! Accueillis chaleureusement par Sylviane, la maman de Bertrand avec qui nous communiquions, notre court séjour en famille dans leur magnifique demeure a été un enchantement et ce malgré une météo un peu capricieuse. Chaque pièce avait un cachet exceptionnel et le parc bucolique. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et nous sommes sentis vraiment bien pendant ces 3 jours. Nous avons pu découvrir Lille et un peu de la région Nord avec l’envie d’y revenir. Merci encore à Sylviane , à Bertrand et à toute leur famille de nous avoir fait confiance en nous accueillant chez eux.

Amazing place! The house was beautiful and in a great location. Marina was an amazing host - super friendly and responsive. Would 100% recommend!

We found Hilde’s beautiful home on a last minute trip away for Easter. We were so impressed with the home, it was much much bigger than we expected!! Hilde was so friendly and lovely when we met to gain access. Although she said her English wasn’t the greatest, she made sure we understood how to work everything in her beautiful home. She also printed out suggests in English of family things to do as we had our 15 month old son. She even went above and beyond to bring over some age appropriate toys for our son from her own house! The whole house was very well equipment and by far the best air b&b I have ever stayed in! The cleanliness was immaculate! Overall…I hope to stay again soon. The only one downfall that we noticed was that the family bathroom did have a sewage smell but that did not effect our stay at all as Hilde has air diffusers and air freshers so we just gave a spray every now and again. If you are looking for a perfect host, perfect countryside then book here!!
