House located on the Plateau de Fléquières, 13 minutes' walk from a bus line (every 10 minutes), close to the CHR Calmette metro station which provides quick access to downtown Lille. The accommodation adjoining another cottage and our house is located in the middle of nature without neighbors, in the middle of the fields. The garden and shared outdoor spaces are being developed but each apartment has an individual terrace and a secure parking space.

An elevator will give you access to two playful mezzanines, connected by a glass walkway. In addition to this, the accommodation is suitable for people with reduced mobility. A carport will gladly accommodate up to four cars. These are all things that make this home unique.
