Pasamos unas agradables vacaciones junto a nuestra perrita, la casa corresponde a lo que pone en el anuncio, todo limpio y agradable y tiene todo lo necesario y la verdad muy bien y recomendable. La comunicación con el no fue rápida, le escribí en cuanto realice la reserva no contesto luego le llame un día antes de llegar y no cogía ls llamadas y la verdad eso me angustio un poco por que es la primera vez que realizo una reserva por aquí y el no tener respuesta me preocupaba pero luego me explico que estaba de vacaciones. y por eso no contestaba, sería algo que mejorar, solo eso por lo demás todo bien y correcto.

Very central and cosy apartment in Granada. All the hot spots are close – including the Alhambra and the Granada Cathedral.

Excelente lugar, cómodo. accesible y cerca de los lugares turísticos. Tiene todo lo esencial para pasar una.linda estadía. volveríamos sin duda.

Check-in process was very ease and Juan Carlos is very responsive host. In the apartment he left to everything you needed for your stay like coffee machine capsules, olive oil, shower gel and even a wine. In the apartment he even have a hair straightener 😅 so girls can easy fix their hair. There is a lot of parking spots around building and also very clean! Last but not least, as an Interior designer I was in a positive shock how this place was decorated, he is so oriented to details and each item is in the same style. I believe he puts so much effort in this modern industrial style apartment. The best decorated airbnb I have ever stayed!👏

Logement exceptionnel et très propre à proximité d un arrêt de bus numéro 21 pour être au centre ville en 10 mn. Résidence très agréable et très calme.

Foram muito agradáveis os dias que passamos no apartamento de Alejandro y Elena. O apartamento é muito bem instalado, encontramos tudo o que precisávamos. O lugar é sossegado e o quarto muito silencioso, dormimos muito bem! Elena foi muito atenciosa e gentil durante as trocas de mensagens. Um lugar para voltar, com certeza.

Antonio se mostro atento, el apartamento estaba impecable y su estancia es muy acogedora, lo recomiendo al 100%.

Nos alojamos durante un par de días en el apartamento y la experiencia fue muy buena. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y decorado con mucho gusto. La ubicación es cómoda y permite moverse fácilmente por Granada. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de José Antonio, que fue en todo momento muy amable, cercano y atento. Sin duda, repetiríamos sin pensarlo. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Wow!! We absolutely loved our stay at Primer's place. The indoor space itself is gorgeous - really spacious, excellent amenities, wonderfully decorated, homey, everything we could've asked for. The outdoor space is FANTASTIC - incredible patio offering a truly dreamy view of Granda (plus, we loved the bathtub!). Not to mention the location. Situated in a calm yet vibrant area of Granada, Primer's place offers easy access to excellent local restaurants as well as the city center - it feels both private and, "in the mix." The best of both worlds. We're already planning another stay at Primer's! Definitely the best AirBnB we've ever booked. Highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! The view from the balconies looking at the cathedral and mountains is truly unbeatable, and there is always musicians playing music and singing in the square below. The accommodation is clean, nicely laid out and has all listed amenities. The location is perfect and walkable to all the main attractions and fantastic restaurants. If you are extremely noise sensitive I would bring headphones or earplugs if you sleep early as there is noise in the square into later hours, but it’s faint enough with earplugs and is 100% worth it to be in the action! Could not recommend this place more - it truly felt magical.

Nous avons réservé deux nuits. Nous n'avons jamais aussi bien dormi dans un Airbnb. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec l'application pour ouvrir les portes à notre arrivée, mais Zeus à été réactif. L'emplacement du logement est super, à proximité de tout. Nous avons vraiment passé un bon séjour.

Terrific communication with the hosts from the get-go and then also terrific "on the ground" service from Miriam who was responsible for getting someone to greet us and make sure all was well. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed, from a fully-stocked kitchen to plenty of linens. It was perfect for our needs. Two things to note. This is right on Bib Rambla square, which means you have access to great restaurants, cafes and tapas bars; it also means that it is a bustling, lively spot so if you are very noise sensitive, this might not be your place. (We picked it for this reason but it might not work for everyone.) Also, American visitors might find the shower on the small size, but it is typical for many Spanish places. But there is plenty of hot water and a washer AND dryer (unusual in Spain). The location can't be beat for going to any part of the city.

Nice apartment for visiting Granada. Underground parking. Fairly quiet. Supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Good wifi. Marta gives comprehensive instructions for finding the apartment and parking - you can’t go wrong.

Hemos estado genial en el apartamento, ubicación perfecta para moverte por Granada , igual que en el anuncio. Charo es una anfitriona muy atenta y simpática, repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

I loved this appartment esp the balcony that was above the restaurant strip so you could sit up there and hear the street musicians ! Great location and very responsive host!

This airbnb was our absolute favourite place that we have ever stayed in. The apartment is very functional, modern, and well designed with a comfy bed, great air conditioning and plush towels. And the view - I’m not sure I will be able to capture the view in words. The apartment is the penthouse of a beautiful older building and overlooks the plaza nueva, facing the Alhambra. This view is stunning day or night and sitting on the patio at sunset with cold drinks was a highlight for sure. Listening to the bells ring from the church nearby in the morning was simply magical. It’s close to transportation and major attractions. Cecelio has vast knowledge of Granada and provided wonderful suggestions of what to see/do/eat and the distance from the apartment as well. both he and Nadia were very caring and kind. I cannot wait to return and stay here again! If you’re wondering, book it now, you will not regret it. Gracias Cecelio y Nadia!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the heart of Albaicín, just minutes walk from an incredible view of The Alhambra. Lucia was very kind and flexible to meet me when I encountered a delayed arrival.

Excellent stay. The apartment is spacious and pristine, the location is fantastic, it’s a great neighborhood, and within walking distance to the Alhambra and other neighborhoods. Plus the rooftop deck and the hot tub, can’t be beat.

Great Location, Perfect area to explore the city and also walk to the Alhambra.

Unica nota negativa i parcheggi un po’ costosi, per il resto la città è meravigliosa e l’alloggio è in un punto strategico con tutti i servizi necessari

Estupenda estancia. Destaco la ubicación del apartamento: en el centro, cerca de plazas y calles turísticas y a la vez tranquilo para poder descansar. La atención de Francisco ha sido esquisita, atento a todas nuestras necesidades.

Javier’s place is amazing, private, spotless, and offering stunning mountain views from both the terrace and rooftop. We enjoyed breakfast outside each morning, taking in the beautiful scenery. It’s also very accessible for those with mobility issues, with a lift that goes directly from the car park to the apartment, which is all on one level. A perfect stay!

We had a really nice stay, everything was the way it’s supposed to be and the host was really helpfull and responsive in their messages. The stay is extremely cozy, the best part was the location. It’s located in Albaicín, a very beautiful neighbourhood with a 10-15 minute walk to the center. Definitly worth booking :)

Nos ha encantado y sorprendido el apartamento. Tiene las mejores vistas con puesta de sol garantizada. Muy buena atención recibida por parte del anfitrión. Nos encantará repetir otro año.
