Il est entièrement indépendant et voisin de la maison des propriétaires. Atelier Ornela juste a côté du gîte . Nous sommes à 8 min de l'A6. Mon studio se situe en mitoyenneté avec ma maison . Tout est neuf et j'ai mis un point d'honneur à en faire un lieu chaleureux pour une halte agréable. ( petit coin cuisine et belle salle de bain) . Le couchage grâce à un BZ avec un matelas Simmons permet de dormir confortablement .Le studio est au Nord donc bien tempéré (avec ventilateur) Emplacement de parking sur place (portail fermé et sécurisé ). L'environnement est calme à 2 km de la sortie nord de Villefranche et à 1km du centre ville .

Ce studio cosy situé dans une résidence atypique en centre-ville, vous offrira un cadre paisible tout en étant à proximité des commodités (tous commerces, bars, restaurants, jeux enfants...). Situé à côté du parc Belle-Province, à seulement 4 min à pied de l'emblématique "rue nat", et 18 min à pied de la gare, sa localisation est idéale. Couchage 2 personnes, 1 vrai lit queen size matelas à mémoire de forme. Appart non-fumeur. Arrivée entre 15h et 19h. Possible d’arriver en dehors de ces horaires mais avec un supplément. SDB : Douche italienne 120x70 Toilettes séparées. Chambre : Lit 160x200, TV 50’’ Placard de rangement, Fenêtres avec volets électriques.

A 5 mn de l’A6, idéal pour une halte reposante en point de départ pour la découverte du pays beaujolais : ses paysages, sa gastronomie, randonnées, 800 m du complexe sportif l’escale... ou pour découvrir Lyon.Le logement est pour 4. Pas de fête , fiançailles, anniversaire, mariage…

We live next door and will be available if needed.
