Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The apartment was spacious and quiet. Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The immediate surroundings with graffiti looked less inviting, but this seems to be common in most of Cihangir. Overall we loved staying here and recommend the apartment.

Amazing stay at this beautiful, private retreat surrounded by stunning nature! The property is perfect for a peaceful getaway, with a charming village market nearby offering delicious fresh fruit. A car is a must to explore the area. The highlight was the incredibly helpful property keeper, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

Caner is such a friendly and attentive host. He is really patient and answered all my questions. There is a money exchange very close so you can change dollars or euros money gram. Also there are plenty of restaurants around the corner. Definitely recommend Caner place.

Berk was an outstanding host—highly communicative and consistently attentive to our needs during our stay in Istanbul. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the layout: the stroller could be left on the main level, the second floor featured a spotless living room and kitchen, and the third floor had well-appointed bedrooms, each equipped with its own air conditioning unit—an excellent feature given the summer heat in Istanbul. The house is situated on a very steep hill, which makes it difficult to push the stroller around however, it is very central to everything. The only concern was the staircase railings, which had wide gaps and may pose a safety risk for young children. However, Berk had thoughtfully provided child safety gates. If these are installed prior to the arrival of guests with children, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!

Excellent apartment at a reasonable price. The metro station is right next to the building. The host was very responsive — I really enjoyed my stay!

Aksel Bey's house is just as it appears in the photos. The 2+1 house has everything you can need. Very comfortable apartment with smart home system, underfloor heating. Mr. Aksel is very kind and easy to communicate with. If you need to stay around Maslak, you can opt blindfolded.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . We needed a last minute booking, for an early in the morning check in. The host was super responsive, he allowed us to check very early in the morning and not only that, the instructions were clear, the place was clean and everything was provided. Water, towels, etc.

It was a good place for me and my family. A bit secluded, and inconvenient if you dont rent a car. We had to rely on Nevzat and his friends to get us taxis to go places, but luckily they were very helpful with this

We had a fantastic stay at Nebiye's beautiful home near the Istanbul Airport (IST) during our family reunion. The house was spacious and comfortable, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a charming garden—perfect for accommodating our entire family. The tranquil surroundings were one of the highlights. We loved starting our mornings with peaceful walks, waking up to birdsong, and enjoying the calm, relaxing atmosphere of the quiet neighborhood. It felt like a true retreat, despite being just minutes from the airport. The location was ideal. The Black Sea coast—with its beach, harbor, and delicious seafood restaurants—was only about 20 minutes away and offered something for everyone. Central Istanbul and its major attractions were also easily accessible via the nearby highways. We made wonderful memories during our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!
