Small but cozy terrace under the roof is available with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet.You have the cabin to yourself! Newly built guest cottage (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå center (2km), hospital, Nolia, several of the football fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at the Storted. The cottage is equipped with wifi, smart TV, washing machine and AC. Two people can sleep in a sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private terrace with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, it is possible to connect to electric motor heater.

Come and try staying on a real farm! Directly adjacent to the house there are cattle, chickens and a bit away even horses! The ultimate accommodation for those who want to stay in the countryside and with animals close by! The house was renovated internally in the spring of 2023. The house has two bedrooms and a large kitchen, sleeping accommodations for 6 people, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out day bed. Nearby is a beautifully located swimming lake with a playground and a cozy farm shop.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old farmland with nice landscapes, with the cities 25-35km away! Walking distance to the village's 24Food shop, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village there are two fishing lakes with planted fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and quiet area with the forest and snowmobile trail outside the door. Please respect that you do not rent our part of the garden.

The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
