Horse farm with commuter location in Bergshammar, Nyköping

Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation from 1884 with proximity to golf course, outdoor life, fishing, Sörmlandsleden and sea. The cabin was completely renovated in 2022-2024 and is located in a secluded location with nature as a view. A 72-meter cable car is available to use. 10 km to charming Nyköping city center and 100 km to Stockholm. 17 km to Stockholm Skavsta Airport. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Small cozy house (30 square meters+sleeping loft 10 square meters), private entrance, free parking, large patio with barbecue for nice days and evenings. Walking distance to several sandy beaches. Quiet and nice area with lake view from the sleeping loft and wonderful nature around the corner. A few hundred meters to Sörmlandsleden (popular hiking trail). One hour to Stockholm, half an hour to Kolmården Zoo. Boat trip in the Baltic Sea's beautiful archipelago with our nice boat can be arranged during the summer months if booked in advance.

Holiday home in a quiet and pleasant location with scenic surroundings next to Sörmlandsleden. The 40 sqm house was built in 2019 and has modern décor. Porch with dining area, lawn, and heated pool (28 degrees) June-August. 10-minute walk to the beach with kiosk, eatery and playground. Large forest with nice walking paths and the possibility to pick blueberries. 10-minute drive to Nyköping C. Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping loft with three mattresses. Clean before you leave, or buy cleaning for SEK 1000.

Cottage by the sea with pool and new hot tub

Denna gamla mysiga stuga är nyrenoverad. Nu finns ett nytt fint kök, nytt helkaklat badrum samt ett nytt sovrum med två enkelsängar. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, och ett vardagsrum med kamin. På tomten står en mindre stuga med två sängar. Vi har en bubbelpool året runt för 6 pers samt en uppvärmd pool sommartid, ca v24-32. Elbilsuttag. Några hundra meter bort finns en badbrygga med stege och sandstrand. Här kan ni finna lugnet i naturskön omgivning med havet inpå knuten och skapa nya fina minnen.

Lovely large house near the sea

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Rent this lovely cottage located on a small hill with the sea as a neighbor. On the farm there are horses, dogs, cats and chickens.
