The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

On the property, there is a gazebo and several other natural patios with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The guest house has a living room and a bedroom with up to four beds and a bathroom with shower.

Tillgång till trädgård och stora gräsytor. 6 km till närmsta badstrand. 11 km till populära Bjärbybadet på östra sidan och 12 km till Färjestaden/bron. Många fina promenad möjligheter i naturen. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters. Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. Only renting guests are allowed to use/stay in the apartment, pool, and pool area. If these rules are not followed, eviction will occur.
