This apartment in the city center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both can be comfortably reached on foot in max 10 minutes. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even if the guest bed (mattress) offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11 pm is possible after prior arrangement via a key locker.

The tourist tax is included in your booking fee. You will be staying in a lovingly renovated apartment with a roof terrace on the upper floor in an old settlement house. ( original stairs up) You can enjoy the comfort and great climate in an apartment cleaned with clay and straw. We only used ecological building materials for the colors and floors. The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Lindenpark. Most faculty buildings of the University of Rostock are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy KTV district.
