I stayed in this charming and character-filled room that blends rustic elegance with modern comfort. The exposed stone walls and wooden ceiling beams give it a warm, authentic atmosphere, and the space was exactly as pictured. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a spacious bathroom with a great shower and thoughtful touches like fresh towels and soaps. There were lovely vintage details throughout, from the lace-trimmed tables to the antique-style mirror and rotary phone. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the soft lighting and skylights that added a romantic touch. It’s a quiet and peaceful spot — perfect for couples or solo travelers who appreciate historic charm with modern amenities. Would absolutely stay again!

Katia's apartment is located near the highway exit, in a quiet area. Ample parking in front of the house, excellent cleanliness, very comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket is a delightful treat, filled with authentic flavors. Thanks for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to present ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. It was a great pleasure to meet the host, Marianna, a kind person who puts so much love and passion into this little house in the alleys of Gaeta. Clean and cozy house Marianna always present and available for any need. We stayed with a 10-month-old baby and she was so kind as to provide us with a cot and high chair. The parking pass is very useful. We will soon return to visit Marianna and her beautiful cottage.

This was a great stay and very close to the beach. There is a store right across from the apartment and Max coordinated us a parking spot nearby thatvwr did pay for. He welco.ed us and explained everything about the apartment upon arrival, would recommend this place.

We had a very nice stay in Gaeta. The accommodation is located in the old town, in a small alley. It's very cute and typical. Very well located, 20 min walk to the coast to go to the beach. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful and very clean chalet in the very quiet village of Roccacinquemiglia. An oasis for the mind and soul. Waking up to the chirping of birds and immersed in nature is priceless. Convenient location to get anywhere in a few minutes by car. Alessandro is very available and ready to meet every request. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

Antonio was very kind from the moment of check-in, for which he waited with great availability with ready and fast communications by phone. Once we arrived, he took care to recommend places to eat typical cuisine and made himself available for the duration of the stay for any need. The accommodation is clean, quiet, cool and very welcoming. Highly recommended experience and host!
