A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

Bruno is an exceptional host! His house managers Jardel and Dora are the most caring people! They truly made the difference in our stay. Oh, and the breakfast every morning was the cherry on top. Anytime we needed help, they were always willing to go the extra mile. My friend even accidentally left her phone in the van from the airport and Bruno was able to coordinate with the drivers to retrieve it for her. We were so grateful to have him! Our group of 6 had a fantastic time in Rio at this Air B&B. Highly recommend staying here!

Eu amei a minha estadia, foi um fim de semana incrível e eu não vejo a hora de retornar. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, a vista é ainda melhor! Comércios ao lado da casa, lanchonetes,eu particularmente pedi no ifood que também entrega. A minha comunicação com Maria Fernanda foi ótima, respondia rápido e não tive nenhum problemas!

A casa é linda! Um casarão antigo mas com uma manutenção maravilhosa. Super espaçosa, acomodou muito bem aos meus familiares e eu. Era exatamente o que eu precisava e ainda super equipada. A Márcia foi muito gentil comigo, respondendo sempre rapidamente, esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas. Recomendaria com certeza

Notre séjour était parfait meme si l appréhension était présente au début mais Jean Christophe de par son accueil sa disponibilité a su nous rassurer Excellente petite maison et très belle expérience dans cette jolie favéla certes pour atteindre ce petit cocon il faut transpirer mais ça valait le coup Merci à Jean Christophe et on vous souhaite que du bonheur Nous recommandons ce logement

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

Durante toda a hospedagem ele nos consultou sobre eventuais necessidades ou dúvidas e tudo correu muito bem. O seu apartamento é muito completo e confortável e tem um diferencial em se tratando de Rio de Janeiro: todos os ambientes (sala, cozinha, banheiro, quarto e sacada) são amplos e confortáveis, nada é apertado. A localização é perfeita, no coração do Leblon. Voltaremos a nos hospedar lá certamente.

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal in diesem tollen Appartement, weil wir unsere Tochter in Rio besucht haben. Magnus Wohnung ist einfach nur zu empfehlen. Sie entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos im Internet. Der Kontakt mit Magnus war von Beginn an top und sehr nett. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Copa Cabana. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, wo man alle Lebensmittel kaufen kann. Die Wohnung ist riesengroß auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Nachts schläft man sehr ruhig. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von der großen Penthouse Terrasse ist atemberaubend. In dieser Penthouse Wohnung gibt es wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.

Great apartment, was the same as the pictures. We stayed for 11 nights and had no issues. Face ID entry system is easy to use. Apartment was very clean, tidy and great AC. Host was very responsive throughout stay. Would definitely return. Good location, about a 5 minute walk to Ipanema beach, great bars, restaurants, and supermarkets short walk away.

An amazing place to stay with beautiful 360 view of the entire city, you can even see the redeemer statue from the apartment. Very close to everything and Gilles is exceptionally helpful and communicative. I look forward to coming back!

Alexandre er simpelthen den perfekte vært, altid behjælpelig før under og selv efter check outs. Selve lejligheden var der intet at sætte en finger på. Alt var perfekt, fra rengøring til indcheckning samt udcheckning. Den ligger stort set ned til stranden så beliggenhed kunne ikke være bedre. Jeg nød mine små 14 dage der og kommer med stor sandsynlighed tilbage

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.

wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, haben die Lage genossen und und vor allem abends nach dem Zurückkommen die schöne Terrasse. War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir würden es ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

El departamento de Teresa es muy amplio, lindo e impecable. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas lindas vacaciones, está perfectamente equipado para poder cocinar. La ubicación es ideal, no sólo por estar cerca de la playa sino porque es el barrio más lindo de Rio de Janeiro. Teresa fue muy amable con nosotros siempre, atenta a lo que necesitábamos para nuestra estadía.
