Great place in a perfect location to take in the ambiance of Copacabana. Morning and night there is always something to see from the balcony. We felt safe and secure at all times. The kitchen pretty much had everything we needed so we could cook a meal at home. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet so we enjoyed a good sleep. Definitely recommend.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at Lucas penthouse. The terrace stood out as the best feature and relaxing the day away there was common. We enjoyed the perfect location, 2 blocks to Ipanema beach. The apartment had everything we needed and everything worked well. The kitchen was small but workable and we cooked most of our meals there. The AC worked well and overall it was a very comfortable place for a vacation. Gold star in my book.

The apartment is small but functional for a few days in Rio. The location is unbeatable, two blocks from the beach and surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. The area may be a bit noisy, but it's worth being in an area of Rio that allows you to go anywhere in the city without a problem. The building has 24-hour security, so check-in, check-out, and entering and leaving throughout the stay is perfect. Thanks to Maria for responding quickly and being attentive.

I traveled alone as a woman and felt very safe. The apartment is beautifully furnished and I felt right at home. Ipanema & Copacabana beach are within walking distance. The host was very easy to contact and extremely helpful. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

We had an outstanding stay at João Carlos's loft! He is incredibly attentive and welcoming. The accommodation is exactly as described; Comfortable, clean and well equipped with utensils and other amenities. Wi-Fi works perfectly, and having a washing machine is always very convenient. The space is large, cozy, comfortably accommodates four guests. The bed is absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic, close to a variety of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, right in the center of Ipanema, a few steps from the subway station, a very safe region. I would like to highlight the host's reception, which was super attentive and always ready to help. Your cordiality in granting the parking space (see availability) made a total difference and made my experience even better. I recommend with closed eyes for those looking for a functional and practical stay.

terrific for two people, we stayed just over a week and were able to enact a strong sense of home, comfort, safety. its on a slightly busy street but the location is perfect and the apartment has everything one might need. would be useful to have a water filter

What a divine accommodation!!! Easily accessible, quiet, the view is exactly as in the photos, the room is exactly as in the photos, comfortable and cozy! Mrs. Marli was a sweet person from beginning to end and extremely attentive, resolute, and as I told her, I already arrived wanting to return. And I'll be back without a doubt!

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. BEST HOST!!! We have collectively stayed in 100s of Airbnb’s and Marcos is by far the best host we’ve ever had. Anything you need Marcos is always on top of it. Incredibly kind and helpful guy! His space is amazing: spectacular view, quiet at night (fall asleep to the sound of the ocean), two routers with VERY fast wifi, ample space and comfortable beds. Right outside of the apartment is a walking/biking path that you can take for a short walk or bike to Leblon beach. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rio!

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

Neide was super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The space has a wonderful balcony with an incredible view. It was very peaceful and a nice place to recharge after a few hectic days of travel.

This property is worth every penny. Great location, it's in between the best neighborhood of Rio (Copacobana & Ipanema). Walkable to the best & famous beaches, tons of great restaurants, grocery stores, bars, club, and many more. The host is very responsive, accommodating, flexible and generous with time. I highly recommend this place.

The place is small but cozy with all the possible amenities to cook, bathe and sleep, despite being in a busy place you do not hear anything from outside, the concierges are super attentive to our arrivals and departures and very good vibes. It is located in a super central place 10 minutes from the Cinelandia subway on foot, which connects with many tourist attractions and close to many attractive places such as the Selaron staircase and the Lapa arches on foot, in addition to the Lapa bars less than 1 block away, the uber arrives and leaves without problems and there is a 24-hour bakery, pharmacies and greengrocers very close. We loved the place and I 100% recommend staying there. Luiz is always attentive to our questions.
