Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Arpora

It was nice experience there. appliances were functional and of best quality tv, washing machine, fidge etc. Caretaker provided contacts for rental bike, taxi. In between cleaning provided as our stay was for 3 days. Location is perfect for famous beaches. As well your stay is at quite place. Swiming pool we didn't use. Balcony was not facing a any building. Security staff was also supportive. Functional lift. Grocery shops restaurants and wine shops are nearby.

Hitesh and Jay were very polite and helpful would surely recommend this place. Easy instructions with provided amenities. Will surely visit again. 😊

It was a great stay

We stayed at this lovely 2 BHK apartment in Candolim, Goa for 3 nights. The property is clean, well maintained and located in a peaceful residential complex with swimming pool, security and stilt parking. It felt very safe and comfortable for our family. The apartment has all the required home appliances and utensils, which made our stay easy. There are also two balconies where you can relax and enjoy the greenery around. The beach and good restaurants are just 8–10 minute walk away and food delivery apps work well in this area. A general store is right next to the complex gate, which was very helpful for daily needs. The host, Mr. Gurpreet and the manager, Mr. JP, were very supportive and helpful during our stay. Daily cleaning was also provided, which kept the place neat and tidy. We had a great time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting North Goa.

Location is really good for a longer stay because everything is a stones throw away....groceries, places to eat, pharmacies etc.

Rupesh is an excellent host. Always proactive and ready to help. He also gave us recommendations for places to visit in Goa. Rupesh's place was exactly as described and we had a peaceful stay. Highly recommend this place if you're a looking for an accomodation near Chapora street.

Everything was as described infact something’s were even better. Raju was super helpful. Due to being off season jacuzzi and sauna were not operational but just because we wanted to experience these things he started sauna and jacuzzi just for us. The local recommendation were top notch. Zomato Swiggy was available in the location 24x7 but would’ve still preferred a microwave to reheat the food as there was no dedicated kitchen. Overall loved the stay, will definitely book again.

The place is very decent, tip top. Nice perfumes and freshners are used which elevates mood. Amenities are as mentioned. Host is quite cooperative and responsive!! Worth paying and staying here.

This has been my second visit and as usual perfect welcome and great service. No issues if you want to extend your stay. Great place to be with greenery surrounding the area as well as nice and quiet. Great enjoyed the stay.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von sechs Leuten. Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit den zusätzlichen Serviceleistungen, die man üblicherweise in Hotels bekommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gegend ist sehr sehr sicher. Das Apartment war wie neu daher hat es an keinen Annehmlichkeiten gefehlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr proaktiv und absolut bemüht, einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sicherzustellen. Er sie haben uns steht, positiv empfangen und bei jedem Anliegen weitergeholfen.

Dwayne was incredibly helpful and proactive in his responses. Despite our late arrival, everything was readily available for us. He made us feel very welcomed. The accommodations were exactly as described, and the surrounding area was serene and beautiful. We would definitely return here again.

My experience at Coral Stays was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I booked, their commitment to service shone through, The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the gated society provided a reassuring sense of security with round-the-clock surveillance. Our stay at this property in Anjuna was truly a steal deal! The house is located right in the heart of Anjuna, making it super convenient to access all major beaches, popular restaurants. It was very easy to find, everything we needed was just a short walk or drive away. The property itself was exactly as shown in the pictures on the Airbnb listing – clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with all the basic amenities. We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we checked in. A big shoutout to Sahil- the host, who was extremely prompt and responsive from booking throughout the state. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, accomodated all our requests - which were reasonable since we were travelling with our parents. Also, special thanks to Siddheshji caretaker/property manager who was incredibly helpful, soft-spoken and professional. He checked in regularly to ensure everything was in order.Overall, this place is perfect with great hospitality n value for money

It was nice and short stay. This space is nicely designed and very thoughtful of guest needs. Parking space can be improved. Overall clean space with kitchen accessories. Nice location with walkable beach and fort. Overall host is caring and quick with response. Definitely great place for family.

Luis / Connie’s place is cozy, has all the necessities a guest would need and it’s squeaky clean! They let us check-in a bit early & made us feel right at home. If I’m back in the area again, I’m definitely going back to this nest.

As a host, Mr. Santosh was super helpful and accomodating. We received a response soon after booking and moved in on the same day. The place was clean and well-maintained. Help staff was available through our stay. Any time we needed anything taken care of, Mr. Santosh was there to support us. I highly recommend staying here, if you're looking for a place that's comfortable and close to the beach
