Come and relax in this charming cozy 21 m2 studio, very bright thanks to its 2 large south-facing windows with magnificent views of the harbor, contemporary decor, on the 2nd floor without elevator, ideally located in a quiet area and close to restaurants, bars, breweries, the main street and the beach which is 200 m from the studio. There is new and quality bedding in 140 cm for a night's rest after visiting our beautiful city.

National Ark Forest accessible by a pedestrian path 50 meters away(ideal for hiking). Seaside resort of the tréport 30 km away. Free car parking, garage, motorcycle or bike closed.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
