Holiday rentals with a patio in Arras

Julie was extremely friendly and available to us throughout the stay. She gave us time to also discover the history and current events of the mill. We highly recommend going to Aire-sur-la-Lys and the surrounding areas of northern France, which are very warm in the heart!

It is now rare to find homes on Airbnb that have character, and that you can feel that people have really lived in them; it's very reassuring. We felt at home, everything was functional and warm, and as a bonus 50m from the train station, with a large parking lot nearby! Perfect. Our exchanges were also very cordial.

Caroline’s apartment was perfect! It was a close walk to everything in the city center yet quiet and peaceful away from it all. The space was very nice and the shower was great! Full kitchen had everything we needed and check in and out was easy! Would stay again!

Steeve was there to greet us such a welcoming person. Provided us with excellent updates on amenities near us. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything to make you feel at home. Attention to detail was exceptional. Water in fridge and even provided us with a welcome drink. Much appreciated. Everything worked perfectly we loved the electric blinds. Great heating system and plenty of hot water. Really great value for money in a fantastic location for visiting World War One memorials. We had a one night stay in this apartment and were extremely happy with our stay. It is just as described, the place is spotless and in the centre of the city. You will be at the cathedral within about a 5 minute walk. Plenty of on street parking and use of a disc for free parking! Overall fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

Charming accommodation, tastefully decorated, quiet and excessively clean. Aimée, the owner, welcomes you with a smile and answers all your questions. Easy and flexible check-in. Ideally located not far from Lille (east side) and only a few kilometers from the highway exit. I really recommend it.

Myself and my partner stayed at this apartment for our anniversary, before we arrived Filipe was very quick to respond to any questions we had, even though we didn’t speak French and Filipe didn’t speak much English however he made it very easy to communicate. A lovely wow factor from the moment you open the door and see how clean and well kept it is. We were very lucky to be able to have stayed here. Everything was exactly like the photos and it exceeded our expectations and more! It’s a very unique place. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were also very well maintained and it was nice to be provided with lots of towels and dressing gowns. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
