Holiday rentals with a patio in Arratia-Nerbioi

Olga and Jorge’s home was an absolute delight. Perfectly located in the heart of Donostia, it’s beautifully decorated with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped and generously stocked with amenities—Olga and Jorge have truly thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched, and they provided us with many helpful tips and local insights. The use of their parking space was an added bonus and made exploring the area even easier. San Sebastián itself is incredible, and this home made our stay all the more memorable. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return someday. With San Martin Square just outside the door—featuring a supermarket, cafés, and great shopping—and the beach only steps away, the location couldn’t be better. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had.

the place is in a really pittoreske part of town. some nice restaurants at walking distance. not reachable by car, but if you park in the harbour (7,50 /24h), you can take the elevator or the stairs up and you'll be within 30 meters of the appartement

We had a wonderful stay at Eva’s apartment – it truly reminded us of the original Airbnb spirit, where people would warmly share their homes while away for the weekend. Eva’s place is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t have been better, and Eva herself is a kind and welcoming host. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

First of all, I want to highlight the kindness of Conchi and Ivan from the first moment, from when we arrived at the accommodation until we left. They were available to us at all times, advising us about the areas we could visit and delicious restaurants where we could eat. They are really helpful and nice. The accommodation was impeccable and in a super quiet and cozy area, my parents and I felt at home, honestly. It was in the heart of Santander, we walked everywhere and only took the car to go out of the city. There are several parking lots around, but we usually found parking in the blue zone easily and practically nearby, so the experience of going by car was excellent too. The only thing I can say to finish is that if I return to Santander at any time, I will repeat my stay with these wonderful hosts!

The place exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The location is excellent for getting around Vitoria and Gustavo was attentive and kind at all times with our questions and needs.

The apartment is small, but is very cozy and has everything you need on vacation. The location is ideal for us, we wanted to be on the sea coast and not far from the city. The subway station is just a short walk away and in 30 minutes we were in the city. With the stroller, it was a bit more complicated, because the environment in Getxo has many steps, you still always find the paths and a lift to the beach was 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. And a beautiful view of the harbor.

Fantastic stay in every way. Definitely recommended. Ainhoa is very friendly and always attentive. I'm sure I'll be back soon. The photos are totally real and being in the house look even better.

Inaki was very helpful right from the beginning of our stay and could not have been easier to deal with. He looked up local taxi forms and bus routes to where we needed to go, gave food recommendations for around the local area. Replied very quickly and had an amazing home, it was even better than the photos. Inaki even left us a few basics like eggs and bread etc and some really nice lemon cake too! I couldn’t recommend him and his place enough Thankyou so much for all the help

We had a lovely short stay at this peaceful rural location. Everything was exactly as described, and the cleanliness of the entire accommodation was truly impeccable. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped — better than many we've seen in other places before. Communication with David was quick, clear, and very friendly throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can only recommend this place to others!

The house was much better than we imagined. The service was perfect and everything was very clean and prepared. The only thing that I think could be improved is the check-out time: normally it is at 12 and so there is more time to clean up, but in this case it was at 11.

We couldn't have chosen a better place for a few days in the Basque Country! The house is comfortable, with plenty of space, nothing is missing and spectacular views. Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. The accommodation is close to other villages of tourist interest and is located near the beach. The host was very pleasant at all times and catered to our needs

Magda gave us 10/10 service. Always making sure you feel at home. And the accommodation is amazing. Super quiet and with countless details. Very close to the port of Alisas. Ideal accommodation for the Hoznayo Rally Festival. If we go back to the rally, we will definitely repeat!!

Thank you for sharing your cosy chalet. We loved our stay and hope to return one day. The pool was great and we loved our local walks. Our bikes were securely parked which was reassuring. And we really appreciated the use of laundry facilities. We even loved the company of our new dog friend.

We were very comfortable in the accommodation, which was as described. Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything during our stay at David's house. The terrace is very large, our dog was happy. Close to very nice beaches, the accommodation is very well located to move around the area. I would stay again and recommend it. If I have to say something, it would be the parking. In high season it can be a problem. We were there in June and since we arrived late, it was difficult to park in the area.

We stayed two nights in the studio and everything was perfect. It is very cozy and quiet place, you can breathe peace. The mattress is very comfortable and sleeps very well. As for the environment, it is very close to beautiful places to visit, such as Costa Brobrada, Santillana del Mar, Santander, San Vicente de la Boquera, comillas, etc. Mintxu is very attentive and friendly!!
