Grocery store in the village Walks, hikes, skiing, biking, paragliding... many activities are offered summer and winter in this very lively valley. 5 minutes from Arreau, 10 minutes from Loudenvielle (Balnea, cinema), 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Peyragudes-Val Louron), 35 km from the Néouvielle reserve.

You will enjoy a terrace for your use only, living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower. A one-hectare park surrounds the house. Hikes, bike path, mountain biking circuits, natural lakes, thermal baths, climbing, tree climbing and ski areas are nearby.

Spacious, bright, south-facing terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) Small enclosed garden for children, and an area of about 2000 m2. We have a chicken coop where you can pick up the fresh eggs.
