Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

House in Las Veraneras beach club, with beach club access for 8 people. Soccer field, BKB and tennis 15 meters from the house. A safe, private area with 24-hour surveillance. Includes house cleaning service by trusted staff. Cleaning every 2 days due to Covid protocol, or on the day of arrival and departure for short rentals. It is located in front of the country club, so parking is not a problem. There is an Oasis that uses glass water bottles for consumption.

Villa Paradiso I, in Los Cóbanos, a spectacular playa in Sonsonate, will be your happy place the time you stay and the times you return. This 4 bedroom sea house (2 in main house, 1 in bungalo and 1 in house for guests) and three full bathrooms, accommodates a maximum of 15 people. It also has equipped kitchen, own pool and access to a private beach shared only with two neighboring houses. Here, the sunsets and sunrises, faint and intense, are daily landscapes.

Relaxation and Sun

Cozy cabin inside the Las Veraneras Condominium, with a small private pool on the premises. The cabin has a large green area with hammocks and a small barbecue. The place is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Please note that I no longer offer access to the large pool beach club or restaurant. Beach access is private, with prior identification. It is two blocks away, and you can take your drinks there. Thank you.
