Everything at José's was as advertised. Easy to find and in a decent neighborhood a short distance away from the noise of 5th avenue. A pleasant walk to nice selection of restaurants and a good beach at Playa 72. Good value for Playa del Carmen

Everything is excellent, very nice, everything accessible, and super comfortable, the bed, the pillows, super detail all the details, soap, towels, dishes etc. With the only thing, I put a but, it was the smell of the beginning when arriving at the room, I don't know if the past tenants had cooked, or what they used to clean it did not have a very pleasant smell. But then it was taken off, no problem Other than that, excellent

I stayed here for a month. It’s a nice place in a quiet area of Playa. It was lovely being so close to the beach. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!
