Duplex located in a quiet and safe complex close to shops and restaurants, the water park, and the golf course. The beach is 15 min. on foot, with a beautiful seaside walk. Opposite the complex there is a small supermarket and the Santa Rosa Sport gym is 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop just 5 minutes away with buses running to Arrecife Capital, meaning that one can get by without an auto; if you do want to rent one, there is a free parking space in front of the house.

Don't give up being in a central area, it is located 10 minutes from the center of Arrecife and the beach of El Reducto on foot, it also has nearby restaurants, takeaway food services, supermarkets, hospital, taxi and bus stops.
