The studio is located in the quietest area of ​​Playa Honda and in just 180 steps you can hop into the sea for your morning swim. # Beautiful 8.40 Mts sailboat, the interior is small ( 1.62 Mt high) but very cozy. The back exterior (bathtub) is spacious and comfortable for moments in the sun. Not appropriate for children or people with reduced mobility. Bathrooms and showers locate in the marina that it is located 10 min walk to the center of town where you will find very nice places, shopping malls, cinemas, nightlife, buses to go to all areas of the island, beach and historical places.

Don't give up being in a central area, it is located 10 minutes from the center of Arrecife and the beach of El Reducto on foot, it also has nearby restaurants, takeaway food services, supermarkets, hospital, taxi and bus stops. There are beautiful hiking or cycling routes starting from the guesthouse. In 13min walking distance you reach our local restaurant “Teleclub”. Nearest supermarket is in Mozaga (5min drive).
