The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

The calm and security of the area stands out. You can walk to the city center in less than 20 minutes. By car, you have easy access to the island's many tourist attractions. All bedrooms and common areas have windows, equipped with air conditioner, wireless boosters forinternet access. Located in Fajã de Baixo, about 4 km from Ponta Delgada city center, it offers a peaceful and authentic setting. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and may be adjusted subject to availability. Please let us know your expected arrival time in Ponta Delgada so we can arrange check-in. We recommend renting a car.

Cantinho do sossego - RRAL No. 2865 House located in a corner of the parish of Lomba da Fazenda, in the flowery municipality of the Northeast. It is a century-old house, recently recovered while maintaining the stone structure. Very calm and quiet area where tranquility is a privilege. It has a beautiful view of Pico da Vara as well as the sea and the parish. The house is in an area where you can see the sunrise.
