We had an amazing time staying here for my mothers 70th! The space was cozy during rain and the games and puzzles provided were perfect for our group. Paddle boards available too for the sunny days made for such a fun and easy getaway. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

Worked out great for our family’s annual getaway. Location is right on the lake and even though we had constant rain for our stay, the wall of glass doors with the lake view made it bright and relaxing.

Perfect, last minute getaway weekend spot! Susan was responsive from the beginning and throughout our stay. The home is immaculately clean. My husband fished all weekend and caught several fish:) Sunrises from the primary bedroom and the screened in porch were a beautiful way to wake up. The weather was cool so we didn’t have bug issues but some of the screens probably need to be repaired for warmer days when you want to open the windows on the porch. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked all of our meals in so we could enjoy the lake view. If you’re planning on cooking, you may want to bring some Tupperware. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed which was exactly what we were hoping for.

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing stay! The peaceful sound of the stream and lush greenery made it feel like a hidden retreat. The house has a unique style that really adds to the experience .Kevin was a thoughtful and responsive host. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in nature!

We had a fantastic time on the lake at Nick’s house! House was huge and easily accommodated a big group plus had lots of activities, ping pong and pickleball nearby. The house was perfect for our weekend away and we’d definitely come back!

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

Ashley is an excellent host. Our stay went on without a hitch. The house is clean, conveniently located, with an amazing fire pit, covered back porch, beautiful wooded grounds... Everything we needed for our 6 weeks stay.

So much to say about this beautiful house.. everything, starting from the initial interaction with Ginger, the coziness and cleanliness of the home, thoughtfully picked out details, and the home’s location is impeccable. My family and friends stayed at Fox’s Den last year (2023)for New Year’s and loved it so much that we decided to return once again for 2025 celebration. The accommodation were great and everything we needed was right there. The house is also child friendly and there is much to do around in the community to keep everyone interested and entertained. Lastly, Ginger is just a wonderful host, who clearly places a lot of thought in making sure her guests feel welcomed. It’s in the details.. you will know what I mean if you decide to stay here. Perfect for a Relaxing weekend with friends and Family

We had an amazing wknd here in mid May! Erick’s place provided a much needed getaway from busy city life. One of my favorite moments was sitting in the back porch on a rainy morning having coffee and reading a good book. The place has 3 bedrooms and 1 and half bathrooms with the coolest sunken living room area ever. I was initially concerned at the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms but that mountain air gets cool and crisp at night so A/C is not necessary. I will definitely be looking for Erick’s place next time I spend a wknd in the Poconos!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

This house exceeded our expectations! Very discus and tons of amenities. We had terrible weather so we took advantage of the house to the fullest. The hot tub. Fire pit and proximity to the lake, pool and all amenities made our experience! We will be back!

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door, all the stress melts away! Meticulously spotless. Open floor plan. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. I really can't say enough. Mike was super responsive and checked in with us. My husband and I felt right at home. We will be back!

we've been to a bunch of the private lake communities in the Poconos and this location was one of our favorites. Huge back yard with a fire pit, plenty of boats/paddle boards, and right on the water!!! The property was under construction at the time due to a delay with the poor weather, but it was generally clean and the material was out of the way. Communication with the host was also flawless. He was quick to respond and very polite. Thank you!

The owners were extremely helpful and responded immediately to any messages or texts I sent. The place was very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and monitored very well by neighborhood watches even within a gated community. The home was so well supplied with toiletries, kitchen items, and such that we didn't have to purchase any additional items for our 5 night stay! There were numerous games which our family took advantage of while there. Though our kids are adults, there were toys and books and games for young kids as well! We chose this home because it was central to all the events that we were doing and that proved to be a great choice! If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again! Thanks John and Meghann for opening up your home and for everything you did to make our stay a great one! We had a wonderful time and my family was sad to leave!
