During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. You enter through the left door, after a flight of stairs to the first floor, you will see a bright living room, a full kitchen with very large windows facing the park in front and a full bathroom. Next door you will find a room with a double bed with a full bathroom with shower, very bright. Climbing another flight of stairs you find the second living room with terrace and another double room with double bed and its full bathroom. From that entrance hall is accessed by a private door to each apartment. There is a bass with direct entrance and a duplex penthouse, which must be accessed after a flight of stairs. The apartment is a penthouse-duplex that is located on the first floor of the building without an elevator; to access it, it has stairs with 12 steps to climb from the ground floor (hall entrance) to the first floor where there are two bathrooms, a living room and a bedroom. Additionally, being a duplex, it has other stairs with 12 steps to climb from the first floor to the second floor, where there is an additional bathroom, another living room, another bedroom and terrace. Therefore this apartment is not suitable for people with problems climbing stairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
