Dispone de habitación con cama de matrimonio y sofá-cama individual, otra habitación con cama doble, salón con sofá-cama doble, baño con ducha, cocina y amplio jardín de mas de 150m2 con barbacoa, zona para comer, zona de juegos y sitio para aparcar. Transporte público a escasos metros para llegar a la capital, comercios y zona de ocio cercana. (Posibles ruidos de lun a vie por colegio y obras cercanas)

La Suite tiene entrada independiente. 1 habitación con 2 camas de 90x200cm (una encima de otra) 1 Baño completo El porche de la casita es de uso privado de los huéspedes. La piscina es de uso común. En la casa hay menores de edad. En el jardín no se admite desnudez ni tangas. Bien comunicado con el centro de la ciudad. Autobús a 6 minutos y tren a 9 minutos andando. Cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, etc

Very nice enclave, more than a development (it is called the "Marias"), it looked like a forest with houses placed in the middle. We loved the location. The house, the room and its atmosphere are as shown in the photos. Cozy home full of floral decorations, being there was like being "submerged" in a sea of trees, nature, flowers..... Santiago is attentive, approachable and very friendly, we really appreciate his character and attention, although we could talk a little in person he was always available. Access to the house is easy, with parking around, the room is clean and cozy, with a large bathroom for exclusive use. And everything is super quiet, no noise, just the wonderful singing of the birds around. A good experience, and highly recommended. Thank you

It was EXCELLENT. Check in was smooth. David deserves a solid 5-stars and a 10/10. Even though we stayed in a room inside his home, it didn’t feel that we did. We still felt like we stayed in a whole apartment. I would agree with the other comments about David giving privacy to his guests. I was with my fiancé during the trip and we went as discreet as we could knowing the room had no lock, but I think David was respectful enough to make us comfortable during the stay. He is really nice. He even let us borrow a transportation card. The place is squeaky clean. We enjoyed our stay so much! The neighborhood is beautiful as well. There’s a 5-min walk grocery store that was really convenient. The people in the same building always greet us whenever we cross paths. It was really nice. Will stay again when we’re back in Madrid! Very much thankful to David! 💝

My second stay was excellent, Tatiana's communication and flexibility to be able to adapt to my needs. Very friendly. Highly recommended to stay here, close to the Pozuelo commuter train station, and a bus station.
