Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Arroyo Hondo

Apel 7 has been one of my favorite towers in the DR, but being in this apartment has put it on my list of favorites. A 10 out of 10.

Great place to stay in Santo Domingo, has a lot of amenities and everything is really close!

Estefany is the best host, always attentive and very kind. Since I stayed with her the first time, I felt very comfortable and I can't get to the Dominican Republic without contacting her for accommodation. Super comfortable, clean and safe spaces, I recommend it with my eyes closed

We love the apartment location, the apartment was charming and the host was friendly and helpful, the space was just as described but it only offered a jacuzzi. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Vannesa

Belkys’s place was very nice. In a great neighborhood in Santo Domingo. It’s on a high floor so traffic noise was not a problem at all. Very clean & I will definitely stay there again when I need to be in the area.

Excellent location, loved the place.

Everything is just like the pictures. The parking can be a bit uncomfortable, but if you know how to park, you won't have any problems. The area feels safe because the detachment is right in front. It's very quiet, and since it's practically in the center of the city, everything is close.

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

This Lacasa was a very good condition and the place the area very safe nice private pool inside look amazing is you’re beautiful to stay with your family and friend to enjoy your vacation. You won’t regret it and I will come soon. Possible for my vacation. Thank you. Let us know.

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Jenci was extremely informative. Very responsive. His home was beautiful! Definitely the perfect home to stay in.

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

One of the best Host ever

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

Everything went well and the host was always available. He provided extra sheets and was friendly and kind. Apartment is close to everything and super spacious. Recommend!

Very equipped apartment is the perfect description for this place. Very luxurious, comfortable and peaceful. The host is amazing, very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again.
