Waterfront holiday rentals in Ars-en-Ré

We had a great week, especially thanks to the very clean and functional apartment. The pool was especially nice. Close to downtown Saint-Martin, which we liked a lot.

Very pleasant accommodation, very clean. Ideally located, in the center of this beautiful city, you can do everything on foot. Thanks to Xavier for all the useful info, not forgetting Pauline, for her good advice, always charming on the phone. Recommended.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

Isabelle was extremely welcoming, available and accommodating on our arrival. The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful setting and at the same time close to amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming attention. We had a lovely stay at Angélique and Christophe's. The house was well located, comfortable and well equipped. Angelique was very responsive on the phone. The instructions were clear and detailed. 5 minutes' walk from the port of La Flotte where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, a market... And there is a beautiful beach 10 minutes away. The pool is very clean, heated and part of it is quite deep (2.20 m) so great for swimming a little. We recommend this family accommodation

We stayed in this little house during a weekend on Ile de Ré. We enjoyed its comfort and location: it is ideally located in the heart of a small, very quiet and peaceful residence, and very close to the city center of La Flotte. We recommend ☺️

Very nice renovation for this small quiet house 15 min walk to the beach. Ideal for couples or small families. We enjoyed the large enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and contact with Sébastien is very fluid and friendly. Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful stay here for our week in Il de Re. The location of the house is brilliant, in the very centre of the village and just a dander away from restaurants, shops and beach. The house itself is so much more beautiful in reality, a very old renovated fisherman’s cottage with pretty features and lots of atmosphere whilst being super comfortable and with modern facilities. Delphine, our host, was so friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour. The only downside to the rental was the extra charges for laundry and cleaning, I’d rather this was all upfront. Bins are also difficult to navigate. Overall though, I think this is my favourite ever airbnb. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place. Very well-equipped and perfectly clean, it is extremely well optimized for a studio. Its location is very convenient for enjoying Saint-Martin, its port, restaurants and shops on foot. We rode bikes every day and everything was suitable thanks to the bike room and the proximity of the trails. The plus: the beach is less than 15 minutes' walk away!

Very quiet for the studio. For those who love walking, I've been spoiled. Xavier is responsive and helped me a lot. Good restaurants.

Comfortable and very well located accommodation, 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle along the sea and 8 minutes from Port Neuf. Adapted and quality amenities Everything is provided. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Hi, My parents loved the stay, quiet, really close to the sea, no noise at night or during the day. They liked everything they did and especially going to the beach on foot. Jean Michel and Christine responded to their request very quickly and efficiently. They were happy and returned relaxed and soothed from their stay. I think they'll be happy to do it again. i highly recommend it.

This apartment is in a great location with views over the harbour and the sea. It is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We like that once there it is possible to leave your car in its parking space and walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. A lovely place for a calm and restful holiday.
