The cottage is located at Björköfjärden, the Bothnian Sea. In summer, there is access to a small motorboat located at the jetty. Around the cottage there is a wooden deck. Building year 2009. The house has fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and toilet. The house has one bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and one loft with two mattresses. Outdoors there are tables and sun chairs. In winter when the ice is located, it is excellent location for winter fishing, skating or skiing.

With the forest close by and views of Hornsjön, you live in our Kattegård with the host couple and their cats as your only neighbors. Bicycles are available to borrow for a trip around the village .
