Our family had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the beautiful views. Jan-Fredrik and Margrethe were lovely hosts, who also gave us a heads up about a holiday during our stay with potential restaurant and store closures so that we could prepare. Thank you again for having us!

We had a very cozy stay. Here was everything the family needed to have nice days and pleasant nights. Well-equipped kitchen, nice and clean bathrooms, good beds and cozy outdoor area. Recommend the place, especially for families with children.

Lasse and his family were extremely welcoming. The property was spacious, airy and extremely clean and exceeded expectations. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathrooms and enjoyed stunning views and use of the jetty. Just wish we were better kayakers!

Perfectly located accommodation just 5 minutes from tram line 1. Easy parking nearby. It has two bedrooms, including a master suite upstairs, as well as a perfectly equipped office. The living room is welcoming and warm, and the kitchen fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsive. I highly recommend it!

We felt comfortable in the very stylishly furnished apartment, it was quiet and cozy, located directly on the fjord. Excursions to Bergen are flexible and practical, as the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Communication with Arve and Lydia was straightforward, they were always easy to reach and very helpful! This is a great little place to stay and very close to all the action in the main area of town. Very easy walk to the water, the fish market etc. and lots of shops nearby, including restaurants, grocery stores etc. Would stay there again for sure!

I had a conference in NHH, this apartment is very close to the campus. It is also close to the bus station, 15mins to city center by bus. The apartment is clean and with all of the facilities we need. The owner is also friendly and responsive.

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. The interior is both comfortable and well decorated. We had everything we needed to cook meals and we loved the Nespresso machine for coffee in the morning. The location is about a 25 min car drive to Bergen Sentrum but close to other attractions such as Gamlehaugen and Fantoft Stavkirke. We couldn’t park inside the garage because we had a rack on top of our car (too high) but we were able to easily park in the premises instead. Thank you for a great stay!

The view of Bergen from the spacious living area is beautiful in any weather. We enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical and well equipped with an induction cooktop. We enjoy walking, and the walk up the hill to the apartment was beautiful with lots of steps in places. For when we had to take our luggage, the number 11 bus made it easy. The walk further up the hill to Floyen is easy and very pleasant. Thanks to Karen and Kim for a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Anne-Marthe's apartment in Bergen. The apartment was beautiful, and we were lucky to enjoy great weather during our visit. Anne-Marthe was a thoughtful and attentive host, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. While there were a few minor hiccups, Anne-Marthe responded quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily stay again. Her care for her guests’ experience really shines through, and we’d definitely recommend her place!

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. There is a bus stop in 5min walk distance as well as a supermarket. Also, there is a parking slot right next to the entrance. Very comfortable

Sindre’s place was an amazing base for our Bergen adventure! The apartment is beautiful and cozy with an amazing view. It is, as advertised, quite a hike to get up to the apartment without the funicular, but it’s well worth it. Sindre was kind and helpful with all our requests. We would love to stay here again! It's a lovely apartment with a wonderful view. Kari was helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay. A few tips...we arrived in Bergen as it was getting dark and it was pouring. Our mistake was trying to take a bus from the ferry landing. The #10 bus is very convenient and we used it for getting to where we wanted to sightsee during our stay. However, when arriving and departing, if you don't have a car, and have luggage, take an Uber or cab. It is a steep climb from the bus stop to the apartment. It is also, initially a steep descent on stairs from the street to the entrance of the building and then two flights up to the apartment; quite a workout. Also, if you plan to cook in and haven't used an induction stove before, do some homework prior to your first meal.

good value for apartment with free car parking in Begen . 30 minutes walking to the centre OR take bus 10 7 minutes to the centre. highly recommended

Great place to stay while in Bergen! Loads of room and a very modern look. Having two bathrooms was great and the beds were super comfortable. We felt that the location was very walkable. Perhaps best of all was that Tonje-Christin was very friendly and communicative and was a helpful source of information! We would stay again.

Very nice house. Absolutely comfortable. Felt like at home. Cecilie was very kind to allow me late check out. She also helped me to park my car for 10 days before my check in date (when I went for 10 days cruise from Bergen).

Our stay was perfect, the apartment is very nice, we spent a lot of time there because of the weather, it was really very spacious and ideal. If you want to come to Bergen, Marianne's is the place to come!
