I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. Thank you for everything ☺️

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at, no doubt! We felt at home. The hosts were super friendly, gave us directions and recommendations, and the house was very clean and fully equipped. Its location, in the old part of Metora, is in a very cozy neighborhood and is perfect to start the hiking route to the monasteries. I hope to return and be able to stay in this house again!

Excellent house - very clean, modern design and fully equipped. Top location - in the old town of Ioannina, in a very good and convenient area, you can go everywhere on foot. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help you. We enjoyed the stay and will back again. Highly recommend.

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

WOW! This Villa was insane, unimaginably beautiful, the views are unparalleled. We all had the best time, such a relaxing and peaceful place. The pool is a great size, cold as we were out if season but still great! We couldn't fault the villa at all, it had everything we needed! What absolutely made our stay was our host, Spiros, he was simply the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about us having a great time. He recommended the best places to see, things to do and locations to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for him when we made requests and we liked him so much, we invited him to have a drink at a local bar with her (he recommend the place and it was fantastic) he was a great laugh, he is an absolute credit to Diodati Villas! The villa is enough to make us want to return but Spiros has made us all start thinking about when we can return. Thank you for making our holiday so magical, especially because my wife & I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary

Apartment was great close to everything you need , clean and welcoming. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Had an absolutely great trip will be back.

An exceptional location. I am very lucky that I had the chance to stay there on vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is wonderful, without many people. Everything is superlative. And Angeliki is an absolutely wonderful host. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone visiting meteora. Great location with many good restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby. Rooms are large and fully equipped. Air Conditionning ( AC ) units were working well in every room. Beds are on the firmer side. Free parking nearby (almost anywwhere in the city)

We had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing week in the preseason, in the midst of a fantastic landscape and scenery. Several locations were still closed - we enjoyed the hospitable local Greek cuisine all the more! The contact with Evi was very straightforward and friendly and her digital tips were very helpful. We can very well imagine a return!

The place was great, very thoughtful, and clean. In a very good location, we went to the center of Ioannina on foot. It was next to restaurants cafes and bars. It's worth a visit!!! 5 ⭐️ are few!!!

Had a super nice stay in the charming bungalow with a view of the sea. Complete, clean and tidy. Drimonas is nicely located centrally on the island. In good hands with the cheerful Georgina (mother of Spiridoula) nice person! Communication was excellent. Despite being out of season, being able to enjoy the tasty qualities of Georgina in her restaurant every night.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It looks exactly like the pictures and the views are stunning. It was the perfect space for two adults with our two teenage daughters. We got to spread out and enjoy quiet time alone and family time together. The pool is a great asset and we loved having it after exploring the island and the wonderful beaches each day. Barbara was extremely responsive and helpful and we did all the things suggested. Definitely pay attention to the advice given in regard to the size of the car needed to get up to the villa. We rented a mid size car, but it had a slightly smaller engine, and it was working pretty hard to get up the steep inclines. We’d advise a slightly bigger engine and an automatic. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and beauty then this villa and Lefkada has it all. We hope to return one day!

Lovely peaceful location up in the hills, Villa Del Sol is a great place to kick back and enjoy the beauty of Lefkada. With its central location, you can access all the beaches via car, with the best located on the west side of the island. The villa is comfortable, well equipped with everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Nice veranda and terraced garden also provide lots of options for relaxing in the shade. Would thoroughly recommend.

Our stay at the place was a great experience!!! The house was super clean and tidy, fully functional and fully equipped. There was always space for parking, without any hassle. Our host was very welcoming, considerate, and gave us helpful instructions. In general, I appreciate that our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend the house for anyone who wants to enjoy the area , without the hustle and bustle of more central homes.

Fantastic villa. Very private but only a few minutes drive from the excellent restaurants etc in Sivota. The pool is amazing, our children only got out of it to sleep! A brilliant stay, thank you

We absolutely loved our stay in Lefkada! We went during the shoulder season and enjoyed empty beaches, beautiful views by the pool, and warm hospitality from our host. The house was spotless and perfect for our large family. The surrounding area is private, but there are plenty of restaurants, etc just a short drive away. Multiple beaches can be accessed within minutes. Our host responded immediately to all our questions and allowed us to have a flexible check-in since we were arrive later in the evening. Highly recommend a stay here!

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. We really enjoyed staying here! The view from the balconies is amazing and the house is very spacious. It is close to Nidri and restaurants, it is walkable but a bit steep, since we had little children we had to take the car (which was also no problem and only was a 5 min. drive). The hosts are very friendly and will help you wherever possible! Would really recommend this place!
