We had a lovely stay. The servicing especially cleaning was exceptional. The response to queries or problems was immediate. A beautiful villa with an amazing view. Right next to Vassiliki and short drive from Sivota the two best places on Lefkada. We're looking forward to coming again.

Goed verblijf gehad. Een privé villa verborgen wat hogerop in de berg met een mooi uitzicht. Alles aanwezig in het huisje en maar liefst drie airco’s. Vriendelijke eigenaren.

This apartment is honestly heaven, don’t even think, just book!! It’s incredible in every way - the finishings are immaculate, the view has to be seen in person, it’s the best sunset view you’ll get! The showers were amazing, the bed was so comfortable and smart tvs in both rooms The concierge Eva was really nice and was very attentive for anything we needed - booking restaurants and taxis etc. Lefkada is so beautiful and the nearby town of Agios Nikitas is so lovely with the most beautiful beach. Kathisma beach immediately down from the villa is also amazing - we walked down in 18 mins and would recommend! A steep walk back up but it’s not too bad Lefkada is a hidden gem and feel very lucky we got to experience it in this unbelievable villa, we didn’t want to leave! We will be back for sure!

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Doreta! Wat een mooi en nieuw kleinschalig complex! Het zwembad was heerlijk met het allermooiste uitzicht zowel overdag als ‘s avonds. Het appartement is goed en compleet ingericht en makkelijk bereikbaar met goede parkeergelegenheid. Een auto is noodzakelijk en in de omgeving zijn voldoende restaurants waar je lekker kunt eten. Op korte afstand van Lefkas-stad wat wij een gezellige stad vonden. Voldoende supermarkten en bakkers in de omgeving. Kortom wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie op Lefkas! Dank je wel Doreta voor de goede zorgen.

Well, Its hard to explain this house in words. You have to visit to experience it ..The views , house, amenities.. all are extremely well and organized. Beyond that, the way kostas and team prepared this ABB to perfection considering families, is beyond commendable!! Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is accessible in the apartment. Very specific, how the kitchen is equipped and organized is amazing. I have been using ABB for past several years and never come across such amazing ABB experience The only regret is, we should’ve stayed for more days. I should also say a few words about Lefkada. This island (though connected) is spectacular !! The landscape, views , blue turquoise ocean, food and most important , the people are worth mentioning. We have experienced the true Greek hospitality!! Thanks John

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und außerhalb des Ortes. Der Blick über Pool und Meer ist einmalig und entspannend. Myrto gibt viele schöne und hilfreiche Tipps für die Gegend, Einkauf und Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation hat toll funktioniert. Ganz lieben Dank dafür.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich aufgeräumt, die tägliche Reinigung hat super funktioniert und das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend – eine tolle Auswahl und alles frisch. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es dafür, dass unser Ansprechpartner sich an einem Tag gar nicht gemeldet hat, obwohl wir versucht haben, ihn zu erreichen. Das war etwas schade. Trotzdem haben wir uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

Das Haus liegt an einer traumhaften Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Karolos ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft auf Paxos war mehr als traumhaft! Es war alles absolut perfekt. Die Location war idyllisch, ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Olivenhainen und Obstbäumen - ein Ort zum abschalten und rundum wohlfühlen! Der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer und der Grill waren unsere Highlights und in dem kleinen Steinhaus haben wir angenehme Nächte verbracht und wurden schon morgens von den Katzen der Nachbarschaft freundlich auf unserer Terasse begrüßt. Auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden alle paar Tage frisch ausgetauscht. Von dem Standort aus konnten wir die Insel wunderbar per Wanderungen oder Spaziergängen erkunden. Auch Supermärkte, Restaurants und Strände sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. Die Insel hat landschaftlich sehr viel zu bieten und wir sind aus der Begeisterung nicht mehr heraus gekommen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Host war schnell und zuverlässig und wir haben uns sehr gesehen gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder <3

Maria was a wonderful host from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos—stylish, spotless, and as comfortable as a boutique hotel. It’s also exceptionally well equipped: we cooked every day and never found the kitchen lacking a single item. We stayed for ten days with two babies, and Maria had truly thought of everything. She left a baby bathtub and cribs ready for us, and when we asked for a high chair she brought one over right away. The garden was another highlight—perfect for relaxing while the little ones played. Maria’s local tips were spot-on. Thanks to her recommendations we discovered wonderful beaches, great restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The village itself is peaceful, with a lovely bakery, and it’s an easy drive to Ioannina, the Zagori villages, and the coast. In short, Maria’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

Η εμπειρία διαμονής μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική. Το σπίτι ήταν απόλυτα λειτουργικό σε ειδυλλιακή τοποθεσία με θέα στο βουνό.πληρως πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε σημείο που δεν μπορείς να φανταστείς. Καθαρό κ τόσο τόσο ζεστό. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στους ιδιοκτήτες με την ευχή να συνεχίσουν έτσι.

Αρχικά θέλω να πω ,πως ο οικοδεσπότης ήτανε εξαιρετικός! Ο άνθρωπος κάθε φορά που με έβλεπε έξω μου έλεγε πως ότι χρειαστούμε να του χτυπήσουμε την πόρτα. Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό και πολύ καθαρό Πραγματικά θα ερχόμουνα ξανά και ξανά αν βρισκόμουν στα Γιάννενα Πραγματικά μπράβο σας!!!!

Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες – καθαρό, περιποιημένο και πολύ άνετο. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Ο Παναγιώτης ήταν φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός, με γρήγορη επικοινωνία και πολλές χρήσιμες προτάσεις για τη διαμονή μας. Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. Thank you for everything ☺️

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Marina ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Es ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr einladend und der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch wunderbar. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und auch ein Strand sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es auch sehr schöne Strände und Restaurants. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder…..❤️

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

The is situated on a hill with amazing views of the bay and the town of Palairos. It’s very private and in a very quiet area. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town where there are numerous restaurants serving delicious food beside the sea. The villa is extremely well equipped and spacious. We were a family of 6 plus a baby - we did not feel cramped at all. The pool is large and the outside space works really well. The pool area is surrounded by decking which suited us well as it was non slip. There is an outside fridge and an electric BBQ. We mostly ate outside. Susana met us at the villa and showed us around. She was very warm and welcoming and kept in touch with us before and throughout our stay - giving us information and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again one day.

This charming 100-year-old stone house is a true gem nestled in the tranquil slopes of Sfakiotes village on Lefkada Island. Combining traditional architecture with modern comforts, the home offers an idyllic retreat. The peaceful surroundings, away from the busy tourist spots, make it perfect for relaxation, yet it’s conveniently close to the island's beautiful beaches and villages. It was a perfect getaway for us looking to experience the authentic beauty and tranquility of Lefkada Island. We will definitely come back! Thanks a lot dear Evelina and Manolia! Mom and I felt right at home from minute one. Marianna and her daughter Christina checked on us every couple of days to offer light hospitality / house cleaning that was included in the price. Nidri was a walkable distance away (less than 30 min) or an easy 5 minute drive. Close enough to beaches, markets, cafes, restaurants but far enough away further up the hill from Nidri to offer peace and quiet to those wanting it. We were happy to lounge by the pool or venture off to Lefkada Town or the west side of island within a relatively short drive. Happily recommend to anyone considering a quieter relaxing stay. Definitely returning. Thank you for a great stay!

Sederea la Olga a fost o placere. Cazarea se afla intr-o zona extrem de linistita si accesul la cazare este cu intrare separata si terasa proprie. Trebuie sa detii neaparat autoturism pentru a te putea deplasa in imprejurimi. Totul se afla intr-o stare perfecta de curatenie si bucataria este dotata cu cele necesare. Olga ne-a intampinat cu o sticla de vin si smochine din curtea sa. Apoi pe parcursul sederii noastre de 8 zile, ne-a desfatat si cu alte bunatati pregatite de ea. Privelistea este minunata si nu o voi uita niciodata. Cu siguranta vom reveni. De abia astept sa ne revedem! Recomand cu caldura aceasta locatie!

I have stayed there before and I rebooked as I liked it so much. Close to Athani village for shop and tavernas, close to beaches, lovely garden and view.
