You will be able to benefit from the tranquility and privacy of this studio: totally independent of the rest of the pavilion, directly accessible from the outside. In the opinion of the people hosted: ideal for a romantic weekend or simply a business trip. You will then discover why we are so happy in this house: a quiet area but with all amenities: easy parking, small supermarket 150 m away (open until 8 p.m. and Sunday morning) And above all: less than 3 km from the hyper-centre, bus stop right in front, easy and free parking.

Recently renovated independent studio of 20 m2 in the basement of the main house, with independent entrance (bedroom and private bathroom). The studio has no kitchenette. Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, piston coffee maker, kettle, tea. Quietly located on the banks of the Cher and 7 minutes by car from Tours city center, 15 minutes by bike. So if you're looking for peace and quiet just a stone's throw from the city, this is the place! Parking is available in the courtyard of the house. Closed lot.
