The “Villa des Lardards” has many attractions to seduce you. Located on the banks of Lac du Bourget, you will undeniably be dazzled by its sumptuous setting. Its bright living room opens onto a large balcony with breathtaking views of the lake and its mountains. You will appreciate this vacation spot just a stone's throw from the small marina, the beach and the restaurant. Conjux, a small village nestled on the west shore of the lake, is the ideal place for those seeking calm and serenity.

The Wooden House

Quiet house in the woods, independent, with kitchen and bathroom, pellet stove heating. 2 double beds. You will have access to the spring water pool and children's games. To recharge your batteries, there is no TV, no Wi-Fi, but an authentic connection with nature. Access to a large forest walking area. 1 hour from Geneva, Lyon, Grenoble and 40 minutes from Chambéry. At the foot of the Grand Colombier and 30 minutes from the ski slopes of the Retord plateau and Hauteville.

For nature lovers, in a protected setting, an 18th-century family home, lovingly renovated with a focus on the beautiful stonework to offer modern comfort. A large studio with 3 windows that open onto a vast, natural landscape, in a quiet area. In both summer and winter, this cottage offers splendid views of the surrounding mountain ranges and the quaint little villages of Valromey. Access is via an external stone staircase, which leads onto a large entrance hall.

It is located on the second and top floor of a recent house that we took pleasure in designing, building, and furnishing with the aim of creating memorable moments in Aix-les-Bains.
